Horrible Property - Health & Safety Risk
The exterior property is incomplete disrepair. Exterior furnishings, dirty, and damaged. Barbecue filthy and inoperable. Two of the three toilets backed up and raw sewage was in the rear yard landscaping. Host provided no service assistance for the reported conditions during our six day stay. The neighborhood is shady at best This home and property are in need of a major renovation. The pool spa is full of dirt and roofing debris. Broken appliances in the carport and patio areas. The photos shown on the site are a complete misrepresentation of the existing conditions. We filed a formal complaint with VRBO and anticipate receiving a full refund. This house should not even be listed on their site due to the conditions. Very unsafe and unhealthy environment.

Civil ceremony
We decided to do a very small civil ceremony with our closes family that only had 22, it was amazing the occasion was perfect with the backyard the view was spectacular, inside of the house was beautiful! The hosts were very helpful we appreciate them for making our day even more better for allowing us to do this

Stayed for a baseball tournament
The location was great, easy access to freeways. On arrival I will say we were a little shocked on the neighborhood, we’re not from the area so we took all photos into consideration when booking. The neighborhood was unkept but at the end it was a quiet and safe place. The home on arrival was easy access, the air was going and felt great! The pictures are definitely misleading as the home has aged, and the backyard has not been maintained well. It shows a great basketball court, but it was completely broken lying on the ground. The mini golf is covered in leaves and worn down. The pool light had been pulled out with the wires showing sitting on the pool deck(a little concerned, kept the kids away from that) The pool did feel great. We choose this house for the entertainment so it was disappointing that a-lot of it was unusable. As well as no darts for the dart board. The kids did enjoy the pool table the most. The shower temperature in the main bathroom is off its either piping hot or freezing no in between. The last night the air did shut off, but once I contacted management they were quick to get someone over to fix it. Overall it was a goof stay and worked we’ll with the 4 families we had. Plenty of room and blankets and towel for days. I would definitely not take the photos for accuracy. But again it worked out for what we were doing.
