Bugs bugs bugs!
We have stayed here a few times recently. Never had big issues. Sometimes it is loud but most of the time it isn’t. Cheaper than most places for the price. Last night we found live bugs after our nap in the bedroom. When I walked in the room initially it had a weird odor. My boyfriend thought maybe it had been fumigated after we saw the live bugs because we couldn’t figure it out initially. This is our last stay here. I called to report it and all they asked is if we took photos and they will report it. You can’t take photos when the bugs move quickly. Never again!

Less than expected.
It would've been nice to have a closet bar to hang up clothes. Inconvenient to make a business traveler to wash their towels because their is no exchange policy when you have gone through the towels. Turn heat on and the smoke detector came on, so had to lower the heat, which the room was cold at night. I expected the dishware be better. 2 sppons, 2 forks and no knives. Could have gone to the local goodwill store to pick up a set of flatware.Power outlets no all work, especially in bedroom,

The property itself is very nice and convenient. We stayed here a week ago and the room was in nice shape but the sofa bed squeezed every time you moved. He are here again this weekend. Room is not as nice. No trash cans at all. Both stays, they provide a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. For the price it’s okay.

Nope!!
It smelled of animal. Dogs in other rooms barking until after midnight. Dirty sink in the kitchen area no trash can in the kitchen or living room. No hangers in closet. Some huge gross stain on the chair so absolutely no sitting in living room area and the best part were the walls were soooo thin that when the people above us started having adult time we could literally hear every pounding moment!!!! Groans giggles moans!!! Thank God my 11 year old sleeps like a log and I don’t have to have that conversation at 11:45 pm!! Then it was even better when giggles got up to use the bathroom because not only did we hear every step on the way I knew exactly what they did in the bathroom!!! Will never ever stay or recommend this place!!!!

Horrible lack of communication. Check in processs seems convenient at first. And then you wait for hours for you access code. And it never comes. You color up only to realize that they couldn’t see something on your ID. But instead of calling you to report the problem they just ignore it. Ok. No problem. We arrive to the hotel to remedy it and the office is closed. At 2 PM. Call the number and am informed that they’ll be right with me. 25 minutes later they arrive. Overall the experience just left a sour taste in your mouth. If you have no other options, it’s a bed to lay in and a roof over your head. If you have other options, take them.

It was a terrible experience. I got to the hotel and it looked clean from the outside. When we got into our room, I pulled the sheets back on the bed and a roach popped out. Then the sofa bed was broken and I could not get it placed back into the sofa. There were multiple more roaches seen. The floor had hair and dirt all over the place. The furniture was dirty. I ended up not staying and requested a refund. Still waiting for the refund. Overall terrible experience.

Stayed in the “Economy 1 bd apartment.” Whole apt smelled of mold and got worse when I ran the sink and dishwasher. I had to keep the windows open for my entire stay. There’s no garbage disposal so all food and hot water just sits in the pipes and rots in addition to not draining food particles in dishwasher which end up all over the dishes. Yum. Black mold in bathtub and no tub plug for drain. TV in bedroom didn’t work at all. Sleeper sofa was a hazard to try and sleep on due to mattress being too small for it. I ended up needing a room for 2 more nights and decided to book the “Gallery Apartment” at a higher price, expecting it would be better. Went to check in for the new room and was told that the first room I was in was the “nicest and most updated room we have.” So basically every “apartment” is the same even though the price is different. So go with the cheapest one because there’s no difference in set up, amenities or quality of room. Furniture is very outdated probably furniture from Goodwill in 1977. I got into my “Gallery apartment” and wanted to shower. Haha! The shower is broken. Same beat up furniture, fridge rolls around everytime I open it. No toilet paper or trash can in bathroom. The photos you see online for the economy room is the room you’ll get no matter what you book. The only positive is the area is nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. This property is listed as non refundable for a reason. They flat out steal your money. Motel 6 is better.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this place. We booked a stay for three nights, but we didn’t even last two hours. The apartment was NOTHING like the pictures shown. It was absolutely disgusting—filthy with hair everywhere, dirty sheets, and a horrible, stale smell that made it impossible to breathe. My mom actually became sick from the conditions, and we had to leave immediately to find another place to stay. This was a complete scam! The photos online are clearly staged and misleading. I don’t know how they get away with this, but we were left feeling totally deceived and unsafe. BE AWARE! The pictures are a scam! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off paying a little more for something clean and safe.
