I was there maybe 30 minutes and left it stunk. My granddaughter feet were black from the carpet. Watched a drug deal go done in the parking lot. Was very scared for our safety. I need a refund for this property!

I chose this property based on its high rating (over 4 stars), but I think those ratings reflect the rooms that had been renovated. I made a call to have maintenance come to fix an alarm (it ended up being the dishwasher), but once Juan, the maintenance professional, was there, I did ask if he would help to make the bed sturdier and ADD A LOCK to the door. To clarify, there was a keypad for entry on the outside of the door, but I wanted to have a lock from the inside to prevent anyone from entering (this should be standard!). Juan was very courteous, polite, and did these things without any push back and mentioned that I had one of the rooms that had not yet been renovated. I only needed a place to sleep and it did the job, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

My guest had a DNR with the metro phx facility. I did not know that. So less then a hour before check in i was notified by text. My guest said she didnt know why. She called got info and said she wasnt going to go. I relayed this and still was denied my stay. I have never had a DNR with any hotel or motel. I should not have been turned . away. Especially since i wasnt going to bring guest as planned. I still have not gotten thru to hotels.com to get a refund?

The walls are thin because we could everything going on next door and someone above us was moving furniture at 10pm. The only soap available throughout the room was dish soap and the table had harden clear glue all over it. The room also smelt of stale smoke. It also didn't feel safe with random vagrants sitting in the parking lot. However, check was easy and the manager was polite and helpful.

Never would book a room in this place again there was bugs in the room! Very unsafe area , the room was nothing like the pictures very rundown. I am still waiting on a resolution for my stay at this property.
