We found the room to be clean and comfortable and well appointed, our only criticism would be the HVAC system was quite loud when it kicked on and off. The staff were all great and extremely helpful and we enjoyed the resort facilities which were all clean and in good condition. We would definitely recommend this property and will most likely return in the future.

Don’t think twice! Stay here!

Absolutely amazing experience from valet right until check out! I’m a pretty hard critic when it comes to hospitality and customer service and this establishment exceeded my expectations! Came with my two sisters and mom and the environment was relaxing, inspiring and earthy. I would recommend here to any and everyone visiting Scottsdale!

Even better than the original!

My parents stayed in the original Mountain Shadows on their honeymoon, over 60 years ago, so I had to try the new version. We were pleasantly surprised that it has been entirely rebuilt from the ground up! Everything was wonderful, from the staff to the food!
