Not worth the price
The shower in my room didn't work, the faucet wouldn't turn off. When i called the desk the clerk asked if I git the instructions on how it worked which i didn't, and he said i could come down and get them but i told him to bring it up, the water was still running when he arrived. He saud he would change my room. I had to go down there to get the key. The second room didn't have conditioner in the shower. Later tgat night i heard dogs barking. I have stayed in several hotels in the Phoenix area and this was the worst. I was also charged $100 incidental fee which did not get credited back.

Everyone was friendly and the place was kept clean. Walking to coffee or snacks was a breeze with Dutch Bros and Culver’s on both sides.

The only problem I have was the street noise since the hotel is right off the street you can hear all the cars going by. Next time we won’t stay on the bottom floor

Good price and safe
Very friendly staff, good location, multiple things within walking distance. Breakfast is microwaved frozen food, but there is a Dutch Bros and New Penny cafe in the same parking lot. Overall great for the price.
