HOUSE RULES:



We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our mission is to help

our guests create beautiful family memories in our home. Thank you in advance

for your cooperation!



* Enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night after 10 pm.

* There shall be no smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping, inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $300 to remove odor and stains may be applied. If smoking outside, please be sure to clean up after yourself.

* Guests should use the provided makeup remover towels to remove makeup/ foundations, creams, tanning products, or any other products that might stain. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.

* Late checkouts longer than 1 hour will be charged a $10/hour fee. In cases where other guests will be arriving the same day, late checkouts may not be available. The request for an early arrival and a late checkout will be a 1/2 nightly rate.

* If you book a stay on behalf of additional guests, you must ensure that every additional guest meets any requirements set by the Host, and is made aware of and agrees to these Terms and conditions. The primary guest is held accountable and liable for all actions of the non-registered guests.

* Please load your dishes before you go.

* Please gather all towels and leave them on the laundry room floor before you go.

* This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. You must provide all responsibility and duty of care for them, including their equipment and needs.

* No Pets

* Only the individuals disclosed during booking are allowed to stay overnight. No additional adults or children are permitted as overnight visitors.

* Parking is provided on the driveway side by side. Our driveway is suitable for (3) sedans or smaller SUVs. No parking on the street.

* The BBQ is there for your use and recreational enjoyment, as with all appliances and amenities, you will find it clean on your arrival, with the understanding, it will be left clean after use.

* Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments and/or snacks left behind by previous guests. We try our very best to ensure that none is expired or stale. Ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items, if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

* Please do not rearrange our furniture.

* No parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behavior. Authorities and Airbnb will be contacted for your removal.

* Please note that no mail can be received at the property. All mail received will be destroyed.

* Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please respect the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things).



Please note that security cameras are installed in the backyard, covering the

gate entry and pool area. These cameras are active during vacancies for live

streaming only and do not record. Additionally, a Ring doorbell is present at

the front, which records when motion is detected. Please also be advised that

the pool is not heated.
