Nice getaway

Layout of the house was great. Roomy enough. Pool was nice and heated, a few float devices left from others. Phone number in the book for the property manager was incorrect, but we got that figured out. We were surprised at the depth of the pool, but still worked well for us. If we ever come back to Phoenix, I would stay here again!!

The property and neighborhood were mature but clean and well taken care of. The heated pool was enjoyable and a good size. Location was great and central to the Phoenix metro area and an easy drive from the Tucson area.

My mom, sister and I wanted to attend Spring Training games at Sloan Park in Mesa. This house was a great place to stay! All the rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was nice sized and the backyard was perfect for soaking up the sun!

Great rental house in Tempe, Arizona

Everything was as described in the VRBO ad for this for this rental. Kitchen was well equipped, modern fridge, stove and dishwasher. Pot pans utensils were numerous and there was nothing to want for. Nice table to sit at great leather recliner sofa and loveseat in the living room big screen TV in the bedroom also. Master bedroom was large second bedroom was very large. All beds were very comfortable. Lots of pillows extra blankets everything you needed. House was very clean to showers. Lots of supplies toilet paper, tissues, soaps shampoo. The two car garage was a great added feature. We parked inside every night. Nice pool in the backyard. We paid for Heating for the period we were there. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, but we were able to use the pool a couple days one thing I’m not sure the pool would be good for little children as it’s not fenced off and also The shallow end isn’t very big. It would be good for a family with teenagers or two or three couples. There was a good covered outdoor sitting areaand a nice fire pit area with extra seats. We will highly recommend this rental unit and would likely stay there again. Host was very responsive to all our questions.

Nice property, but could use about a 1/2 day of repairs and maint.Trash overflowing outside upon arrival, debris inside/outside not completely cleaned by cleaning service.All windows unlocked upon arrival.Locks need to be secured from prior break-ins.Mouse dropping on guest bed under pillows.We cleaned all items inside kitchen cabinets from prior guest use. Property is good, and could be great with better cleaning/maint./small repairs. Exhaust fans in BA's would be great! Pool was clean and enjoyable. No response when requested late checkout. We'd stay again with noted improvements!

The pool is the star 🌟 of this property

This house was as-advertised. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, nice and clean. I agree with the other reviews that the air in the primary bedroom doesn’t work as well - however the AC throughout the house works great. The pool is the real star of this property. It’s gorgeous. There are even plenty of pool towels. The area is close to lots of restaurants and shopping - the type you’d see in every suburb. It is only a few blocks from a canal trail which. Is popular for bike riding and running. The neighborhood and the neighbors are quiet. It met all our expectations.

great area

Nice place, beds were clean. Floors needed to be cleaned by us twice to try and get the bulk of the dirt and pet hair out of things. Kitchen needed more amenities for longer stays, was good if you are in and out and grabbing food away from house. Pool was great, we had rain for first 3 days so of course the solar heating was not able to keep it warm, not homeowners fault just bad timing. Kitchen really echos into the back bedrooms in the morning. Other than that we still had a good stay.

This was exactly as described. The pool was heated when we arrived and we were in it immediately. The house had everything we needed. I gave it four stars instead of five for the following reason. There was loud banging and vibrating in the laundry area on our last day. I texted and called about the issue a few times indicating how nervous it was making us. It was at least one and a half hours before the host got back to us. It was our last day there and we left earlier than planned because of the noise.

First time in Tempe

Outstanding stay! My first time in Tempe, and this house was central to everything, safe and easy to get into and out of the neighborhood. The house was comfortable and like home. The main bedroom doesn’t have the same AC levels as the back rooms, but the fan worked well and even with the temps over 112, it was comfortable. The pool was a nice refreshing option when the heat on the patio was a bit much. The host was responsive, and helped me with any questions I had immediately.

17th Wedding Anniversary Summer Get-Away

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home to celebrate our 17th Wedding Anniversary. We wanted a nice house with a pool that accepted pets, and since we don’t have any, we wanted the yard to have a little bit of grass--our senior Chihuahua loves to roll around in the grass. We enjoyed the pool daily, and our Chihuahua had fun with the grass. The living room has cozy reclining leather sofas, so we comfortably kept up with our Netflix programs. Unfortunately, it was July, and as can happen in our increasingly climbing temperatures, the AC could not keep the primary bedroom cool enough. But the AC worked great throughout the rest of the house, so we slept in one of the other rooms and continued to enjoy our stay. Overall, we had a great time in this Tempe home and will keep it in mind for the next time.

A comfortable stay

The house is clean and cozy. The air conditioning ducts need to be balanced. The master bedroom does not cool, however the two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house are crisp. The kitchen is not fully equipped with cooking needs, ( bowls for cooking, plates that aren’t plastic, cooking utensils). That being said, the back yard is well kept and the pool is great. The location of the house is near grocery, and easy freeway access.
