Property was very nice & clean. Rooftop was closed Sunday and Monday but it’s clearly stated on the site. The staff was very nice for the most part but the night time concierge was not very friendly and said she would send up a robe for us to purchase but never did

Hotel Billing is different than what I was quoted. Service was mediocre in restaurant even when slow. Also they ran out of premium tequila on their signature cocktail and bartender didn’t mention until I noticed they were using inferior product. Food was good though. Nice hotel, rooms, amenities elsewhere

Everything was so expensive the menu was limited and always wrong orders delivered to the room Staff seemed like they didn’t wanna work there because the rooftop bar was supposed to close at 1 and they closed early (11PM) Thursday and Friday after a big game It was just inconvenient and inconsistent information all around

Great overnighter at the Omni Hotel - ASU. Very easy check in and check out. Staff was friendly and helpful, and nice options for food and drink within the property. Elevators were a little tricky and took a ride or two I didn't ask for, but overall a good experience.
