This room is our second Master bedroom featuring a King bed, flat screen television, an en suite bathroom, shower and tub. This room also features a wet bar as well as a private door leading to a beautiful balcony that overlooks the pool and patio. A set of stairs from the balcony allows quick access to the outside entertainment.

Upstairs Bedroom 7:
This room features a King bed, flat screen television, plus an en suite bathroom, with a stand-up shower.

Upstairs Bedroom 8 & 9:
These rooms both feature a Kind Bed, with a flat screen television and a private balcony. These rooms share a bathroom located directly outside both of them featuring double vanities and a stand-up shower.

Casita (Bedroom 10):
This room is located past the garage and has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. It also features its own private area with a kitchen and living room.

Bonus Game Room (Bedroom 11):
This room is located behind a secret wall in the casita living room. This room has full bunks (a total of 2 beds) and twin bunks (a total of 2 beds), 2 Queen sized beds, and a giant couch to enjoy movies from. This also has a game room in it to escape and enjoy along with two balconies.

Family weekend
The property grounds (outside) were really great - great pool and a lot of fun things for kids. The layout of the property was nice in that there were many rooms and beds that were private so different familes could have some space. However, the layout of the kitchen was poor and had substantial wear and tear (one of the kitchen drawers fell off for example). Additionally the property manager was not responsive at all. As in literally didn't respond to my messages so I have no idea what they are like.

Awesome House!
The house was great, everyone in the group loved it. The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean and nice, they provided toiletries in the bathrooms as well. Great experience all around!

Beautiful and spacious
The house was generally very clean and nice. Very large and accommodating. There were several broken bathroom fixtures however that were either laying on the counters or about to fall out of the wall. I tried to send a text to the property manager about this to confirm it was not us when we first got there, but received no reply. The kitchen also was barely equipped with any pots or pans to cook with.

Great stay for our annual golf trip
About 20 of us stayed at the house and we had a great time. The yard was beautiful and the pool was great. There was plenty of space though there were fewer showers than expected and the house interior did feel a bit dated. It was close to several golf courses which made things simple. I would happily stay there again.

Huge Beautiful Home For My Family
The property is awesome. Large enough for a large family. Great neighborhood and location, close to everything we wanted to do in the area! House was very nice and laid out perfectly. Backyard, pool, and cabana were cool! We had a great time and are sure you will also!

Spacious home for a big group, but a few issues
Beautiful home. Very spacious, with spread out large bedrooms. The cleanliness could have been a little better. Felt like it was cleaned after the last group, that was possibly a while ago, and hadn’t been freshened up. There was a lack of toilet paper and bath towels. The pool had been treated with a chemical the day we arrived that caused hair, play toys, and swimsuits to turn very green. Was a big problem.

Buddies Golf Trip
12 of us visited Scottsdale for a golf trip last week. The Parsons Villa property was fantastic and it was perfect for our group. The property is massive and there were more than enough beds for each of us (most of the group even had their own individual bedroom). The outdoor space is spectacular with pool, hot tub, cornhole, Bacci, etc., and the interior was awesome as well. The property manager was extremely responsive (when I left a msg to update the timing on the pool heater, they got back to me within the hour and made the adjustment). I HIGHLY recommend this property for any large group who is visiting Scottsdale.

The house was beautiful and location was great. We had a couple issues; one was all the lights in the back yard did not work. I was told the neighbor called the police because of speaker noize; we did NOT have any speakers, NO music and most people were INSIDE at the time; I believe it might be a regular routine for the neighbor to call, the police found nothing wrong.

Overall I think the property has some good points, and areas could use some improvement. Early check in process wasn't available, communication with the agent was strange as sometimes it didin't make sense. I understand the need for cleaning and inspecting the property, however I think that process could have gone much smoother. The house accomodates large groups, however there isn't a dining area that accomdates large groups. I think the most we could sit for dinner was 8, maybe 10 people. The pool was set at 95. We had a maintenance person come over the next day after we checked in, and he stated he set it to 85. That didn't work, so someone had to come back the next day and set it to 85. We had asked for martini glasses and a shaker, we were told the property had martini glasses and the owne had ordered a shaker. Neither was there, so we bought our own and left there. The kitchen pots and pans should be updated. The thermostats were locked and we couldn't adjust the temperature down, so the property manager had to come and set the temperature to 70. In general, its a nice property that nees some updating and thought to the setup. We did use the app that we were provided that had phone numbes to call, and some guests didn't get return calls. One other item I thought was a little odd. I've rented many large properties through VRBO and never had a requirement to strip the beds. Not a big deal, but I thought was a little different. Rate the property a 7 or 8.
