Hotel is good, clean, restaurant food not my deal, and they didn’t disclose they charge per day for Parking. I choose a hotel with no parking fees and when I got there to check in was told will be charged 10 dollars per day for parking. For that I will not stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Expedia overbooked me for another hotel & they placed me here instead which was awful. The room is so basic that there wasn’t even hand soap. The walls are paper thin, the floor has no carpet/cold. The staff are not friendly and well trained. They took forever to check me in. The property requires a several digit gate code then you enter the code again to access the room which was annoying. They told me I couldn’t park in the restaurant spaces at certain times of the day but I just parked there bc I’m paying for it. It was so disappointing that I wanted to cancel my second night but the hotel management denied it because I “prepaid”. Avoid this place at all costs, you can find a more decent hotel on a budget in the area.

The rooms were clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel is cute and retro. We have stayed many time over 20 years. The courtyard is cute and the pool is open and heated all year. We especially liked the sustainability features like paper room keys and no waste coffee pods. We even loved the available selection of snacks at the front desk. Our only complaint is the $10 per vehicle parking fee. The parking isnt great, and the best spots are reserved for the restaurant. There's no reason to charge extra.

I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was close to everything I wanted to do. Uber pickups were within 10 minutes of request. The room was clean and comfy and I loved the heated pool. It's not full of amenities like no washer/dryer or breakfast but a lovely old motel feel with an updated, clean feeling.

On our way back to airport chose to overnite once again at this cute renovated motel. Its not just the price, which is fabulous, but also we felt safe with very comfortable beds. Thanksgiving Eve and our check in was super quick from a smiling sweet front desk team member. And dont forget to eat at the Japanese infusion resturant, so extremly good! Its a top rated Scottsdale resturant in a sea of excellant resturants!

Very much enjoyed this quaint renovated motel. Staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was super clean. Mattress is so comfortable. Papago's price for a Scottdale area accommodation can not be beaten. May not be for all tastes but it was just perfect for us. Plus the resturant Hai Noon within the motel was fabulous!
