The hotel was nice and clean. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. The AC was very strong. However, the restaurant /bar was non-existent. There is actually NOBODY on the premises of the property. They allow animals(which is fine) however, the dog that was in the room next to mines barked all night long every time someone walked past the room. I was charged a $30 cleaning fee and told I left the bathroom “very dirty” which is a lie. I was there for 2 nights , how much of a mess cause the bathroom has been. For those reasons I will not stay again when I visit and I don’t recommend anybody staying here.

Extremely limited parking, the restaurant has the majority of the parking lots. We were told upon arrival that if we left our rental car there that it would be towed. No one works a front desk there. It's all virtual. I asked, via email where I could park and they suggested a parking garage a mile and a half away. Luckily, we found street parking 2 city blocks away, still extremely uncomfortable for the money we paid for the hotel..We also were supposed to have a king size bed and ended up with 2 double beds, I asked about that as well and never got a response. Room was clean, I'll give it that but the shower has extremely low water pressure. Pool is nice but shockingly ice cold, I wasn't expecting that from a hotel in AZ when it's been 100 degrees plus for quite a while. Definitely a one and done hotel stay for us and won't recommend it to anyone.

The only down side is having to park in someone else's parking spot when yours is taken. I was worried about towing and you have to keep calling a # instead of going to the front desk because there isn't one. Fill out your check in form online, once it's sent to you!! Trust! It will make checking in so much easier once you get there. I would stay there again, now that I know how it works!.

We love this place! 2nd time staying here and we had no issues. Power went out but was back on in literally an hour. Inexpensive, awesome retro vibe and close to so many things to do. We will never stay anywhere else when we are in town. It is our go to. The on site restaurant and bar is great, and even though there is no staff, customer service gave fast responses!

Where do I begin…. I understand the times are changing into no personal service from humans but Check in was awful. Everything is automated. We were tired from a long drive and had to do everything online. I did not feel comfortable putting my information out there, but that was the only way we were going to get access to our room. if I were elderly and did not know how to be tech savvy, it would have been very frustrating. The parking was very confusing no parking for the restaurant or you will be towed. You have to park in the back in an alley. Our room was all the way towards the front doesn’t make sense at all. The Wi-Fi code never never worked the two days we were there. No one around besides a robot to solve the issue. Black towels were provided to remove make up or they were going to charge you if you stained the white ones, but we were only left one black towel for three women. Some of the guests were right outside the gate where we had to walk out smoking marijuana with a little boy less than two years old right next to them, that wasn’t The Hotels fault, but should’ve been monitored. The grounds inside the gates were very nice. The pool was nice, beds comfy, loved it was pet friendly. Centrally located a plus

I would caution anybody booking this property to fully understand it is not a typical hotel or motel. It's more like an Airbnb but owned by multiple owners for individual rooms, and they all have their own rules. However, if you're booking through a third party like Expedia you won't see those rules. I booked, paid, and when I got there I found out that there was absolutely no parking for me. None/zip. The police were towing and writing out tickets all night long because it's a parking lot for a restaurant and other businesses, with very few designated parking spots for select rooms. And all the streets in the area had No parking as well. I parked 3 blks away in 113° heat. It is in a very busy congested busy street, and the closest public parking lots were over a mile away. It was crazy. The owner of the particular unit I rented from found a spot for me after I complained for hours about it, apparently it was a spot used for a different room somewhere. I did appreciate that, but again, I warn you to make absolutely sure you know what you're booking and what deposits and so on. Because once you pay, not only is your money already taken, but so is your deposit. Instantly. It's tougher than an Airbnb. As far as the property goes, it was really cute property and clean. Its different, a little more urban with a touch of the 60s to it. I would have given it more stars, but that parking issue is a gigantic headache!
