The motel was good for the cost. Beds were good, patio area was nice. Breakfast was good, but restaurant was not designed for people who got up early and were going to head out for the day - it opened to late. We understood that we got 2 beverages a night (one per person), but found out we got a discounted drink-the same one every night.
We asked for early check in when we made our reservation. They said they tried to accomodate those requests and to let them know when we arrived at the hotel (about 2 pm). At that time, they said it would be about 45 minutes -they were cleaning our room now. After 2 hours, we called to see when our room would be ready - 1/2 hour later we finally got our room. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was missing the air vent cover in the ceiling and there was no toilet roll holder. Seems like pretty simple maintenence items to repair.
My number one complaint is the amount of personal information that you need to stay here - for our safetly. Upload a selfie, not once but twice; we charged your credit card, but now we need you to send us a copy of it; a front and back copy of your drivers license. You need to sign an online document that does not have doc u sign. I am renting a room for a few days, not a home for a month. This is all for my security. I need 3 codes for the motel - one for the app to get your food; a room code; and, a gate access code, yet the gates are unlocked most of the day & night.
