They said they supplied Fridge & microwave but wouldn’t give me one when asked. Must keep lights on to keep roaches from running around. Needs building code inspections. However the check-in agent was courteous & welcoming & made me feel safe from others loitering around.

I had called at least 6 times prior to my arrival to notify them I wouldn't get there until 2am. When I got there, they said all rooms were sold out (even though I had already paid the hotel directly!) and that I was out of luck. I pressured the clerk and she admitted she had spoken to me herself. She put me in an upgraded room after my pressure which was very nice of her, but what a lot of needless stress.

If it were possible I'd rate it zero stars
There was black mold in the shower where the tub meets the walls and around the sink area. The paint on the wall where the sink is and the wall adjacent to the bed was peeling off and in some places was bare to the drywall. The laminate floor tiles were ripped up in places and had mold where the missing parts were. There were stains on the bed sheets, the blankets and the pillowcases. Overall, worst hotel stay i think I've ever had.

While they are trying to clean up the place and renovate the rooms, whoever they have contracted to do the work does very, very poor work. Great location with many different dining and shopping options. If they could get the rooms renovated properly; it wouldn’t be a bad place to stay. As it is now, I’m honestly surprised they haven’t been shut down or sued from someone or several people yet.
