I made a reservation for our driver, Normm. Prior to making the booking, I contacted the hotel directly to inquire about truck parking. I advised that our driver would need ample space to park his truck and trailer. The front desk agent said there was parking near Skechers, toward the back of the hotel property. When our driver arrived at the location, he was unable to park the truck safely. He went into the hotel to advise them of his trouble. They were not courteous in cancelling his reservation, they were reluctant to do so. He did not actually stay at the hotel, I created a new reservation at the Budget Inn in Phoenix.

Staff is amazing all of them. They all are amazing at there jobs and do more than there expected to do. The rooms are always clean, the property is always up to keep and well maintained. The safety of the guest is always kept up to point, security is a first and must for guest. You follow the rules you'll have no problems and will leave happy an pleased with everything. Usually the ones who break the rules are the only ones who are mad and write bad reviews. But with the new management now you will be happy with your stay. Management/owners, housekeeping/cleaners, front desk, maintenance and security staff are all exceptional at there jobs and make sure our needs are met and that we feel welcomed and comfortable in a clean safe room/property. If there happens to be an issue they will always be quick to fix it or make it right if possible. This is by far one of the best hotel I've stayed at, even the 5 star hotels that are supposed to be the best of the best don't come close to the stay I had at the Premier Inn metro center hotel location. ☺️

All staff are great. They are amazing at there jobs! They go above and beyond the manager always is part of everything going on and making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Any issues you may have they will always get to it right away and quickly. The place has been in some bad times but since i got here the manger and staff had tunerd this place into an amazing lovley hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable eveything wprks nice and always clean and ready for your stay. :)
