An amazing stay
We had a wonderful time in Phoenix. The home is exactly what my family needed. Plenty of space, restrooms, and features such as the heated pool, pool table, putting green, foosball table helped us create terrific family memories. The view from the back of the home was really nice, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Easy access to grocery store, gas station, airport and restaurants. Would highly recommend this home.

Home is beautiful in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. Plenty of room for our 8 adult family members; we never felt crowded or underfoot of one another. Great location to grocery, gas, shopping and casino. Too cool for pool, but the home games were a perk.

This was the perfect place for a family trip. There is plenty of space and lots of activities for everyone. Everything was as advertised and hosts very helpful. House in very nice neighborhood. Convenient to airport and grocery store. If we are back in Phoenix we hope to stay there again. Site should have 6 star rating for this place.

Our family enjoyed our stay on the property. A lot of details have been considered for comfort of guests. Nice sets of towels, comfortable beds, cozy blankets for tv watching, games activities, pool items, and a well-stocked kitchen. The house has some wear because it is a popular rental and is a little dark (which after being out in the sun all the time, isn't a bad thing), so it might be time for a few updates to general furnishings like rugs, knives, etc. but all easily solved for, and a really enjoyable stay overall with pretty drives in and around the neighborhood. The back pool gets more shade than you can see in the online photos, so that was a nice surprise, and very comfortably outfitted, so worth sharing that here as well! We really appreciated the prompt communications and responses to any questions.

Choose the Dolphin house! Look no further. The house is incredible. Tons of space. All of the amenities. The pool and yard are perfect places to enjoy a great trip. The kitchen is stocked with anything you can think of. The manager and owners are a dream to work with. Can't recommend this place enough. We will be back!

This house is in a great location and has a very nice pool with the beautiful fountain. The fire pit is a nice touch. There is lots of outdoor seating and the inside is well appointed and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of six of us visiting the house for a long weekend and had a great time. The house has plenty of space, the pool table and putting green were used super frequently and everything we needed was quickly accessible. Before our arrival, communication was great to get us up to speed on everything we needed and the local host was quick to fix everything that we brought to his attention.

Great Senior Trip
We chose this house for our son’s Senior Spring Break trip. This house had EVERYTHING for 7 young men. From daily pool time and putting on the greens and nightly fusball and pool tournaments, this house accommodated all of our needs!! The owner, Chuck, was extremely kind and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was just perfect! We will be renting one of his homes again!!
