They no longer allow pets, even after my brother got a room that said pet friendly. He was left scrambling for a hotel the night before a family funeral. The door knob was loose. You also had to kick it after putting your key in for it to open. The smoke detector was covered in plastic. The very loud train goes by about 5 times between midnight at 5am. We had a pull out couch in our room with dirty sheets on it. The "wood" floors are pealing up. My sister's first room had a water leak coming from above. The woman working the free breakfast area did an amazing job maintaining it and keeping it clean. The door from outside into the suite rooms had no security or key required to enter. The first morning I got up there were cop cars in the parking lot. Not a safe area. February 2025.

Last-Minute Find Turned Out Great!
Spontaneous last-minute trip to Phoenix and we had to find a room quick. Quality Inn for the win! Area was a little sketch driving in from behind the hotel but felt safe in the room. Clean, very well-kept, all the amenities we needed without extra fees (including a refrigerator, something many hotels skip anymore) and the front desk staff was fantastic! Fast check-in, great service and the breakfast the next day will get you on the road fast. Would stay again!

We went to a Cardinals game for the first time and we were looking for an affordable place to stay. It wasn’t to far from the stadium and had free breakfast. Breakfast offered oatmeal, waffle maker, boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches and burritos for heating. Definitely not your regular continental breakfast. The lady tending to the kitchen was really sweet and hardworking keeping the area cleaned and stocked for the guest. Parking was available and rooms were clean. Beds were comfy and they offered earplugs for a better nights sleep. We had a good stay overall. All the staff was friendly and attentive.

Bring Noise Cancelling Headphone
The staff was very helpful. Got to check in early and they allowed a late check out. The room was clean and the physical property itself was ok. However, there were ear plugs in a package on the nightstand. The hotel is located on a 6 lane street and the traffic noise is REALLY loud. Bring noise cancelling headphone if you have them, otherwise your stay will not be very pleasant.
