Rare golf villa on the 8th fairway of the Troon managed, Nicklaus designed Golf Club at Estrella! This home was built in 2021 and all appliances, furniture, and finishes are brand new and waiting for you to enjoy. The Rosewood Golf Villas are a small private gated community of luxury townhomes just south of the Clubhouse and adjacent to the practice facility. This is the ONLY unit available for rent in Rosewood and you can't get any closer to the first tee!

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the grand entryway featuring 25ft ceilings and immediate views of the golf course and mountains in the distance. The floorplan is spacious and open for enjoying time with friends and family, but the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home providing plenty of privacy when desired. Friendly neighbors, great access to hiking, biking and local events. Golf course is busy so book early but tee times were available in the afternoon. Spa is nice and clean. Everything inside was clean and comfy. Everything worked and the one issue we had was immediately taken care of so no complaints…

A perfect family holiday
We love everything about this property! Very well managed and furnished. It’s well located too . There is a supermarket close by and a pharmacy. You will need a car to go around . We loved to enjoy the sunset from the garden. We will definitely come back there .

This is such a beautiful home. It is brand new, clean as can be and the details are very well thought out - down to a wine chiller!. I stay at a lot of rentals and most people don't care to be so thoughtful with pretty decor and the beds are very comfortable The property was very quiet and walking to various areas was very easy (I had a family member living nearby). It was lovely and sitting out back watching the sunsets were stunning! Everyone I worked with was so kind and attentive, they made it so easy to check-in/check-out and were always prompt to answer my questions, which was wonderful! My only couple of notes (which is why it is 4 star and not 5) - is that there are a few kinks that I know they are perhaps working out as it is a new property. There are no drapes on one bedroom, and the others don't close all the way, so between the morning sun and privacy it's just something to be aware of. My other note is that the property only has a Roku TV, which means that if you do not have a subscription to channels, you pretty much only get one news channel. As I stayed for 3 weeks this was a bit frustrating --- but for some this may not matter at all - but for long haulers it is a bit challenging. Like I said, I know they are working out a few kinks, but it is a wonderful property! Definitely stay here if you get the chance!

Mike was very accommodating and responded in a timely fashion for the two requests we made. Excellent communication and check in process; unit is very new and has all new furniture and appliances; very spacious, comfortable lodging. A nice place to stay and if we return to Estrella, we would rent again.
