Resort Stlye Home with Heated Pool, Spa, and Putting Green

Welcome to this beautiful resort-style home located in Chandler. This home offers 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths, with a backyard oasis complete with a heated pool, hot tub, and putting green. This home is close to hiking, golf courses, airports, and sports complexes.

All guests over the age of 18 will need to clear through the National Sex Offender Registry. When booking please state in message platform: Full Name, City/Town and Zip Code of guest who will be staying on the property. Background checks will be done within 24hrs of booking.

Guests must request to have the pool and spa heated at the time of reservation and it will be additional $100 per day to heat pool, $25 for Spa per day.
Guests must notify host to heat spa 1 hour prior to use.
Guests must notify host to heat pool 6 hours prior to use.

Age requirement to book is 30 unless otherwise approved.

We' re a no smoking home which includes e-cigarettes, vaping, or drugs of any kind. There will be a $200 fee if this house rule is broken.

We are a pet free home. There will be a $200 fee per pet if there are any signs of pets in the home.

Great property and location.
This listing is exactly as it shows online. The house was extremely clean and organized and was exactly what we hoped for in our short stay in the Phoenix area. I would highly recommend this property to others.

GRANDDAUGHTERS WEDDING
The property was beautiful. Quiet Neighborhood. Loved the house setup. Great kitchen! We noticed there was a broken window behind the Bar B Que (which we did not use) and also a broken window facing the pool in the Master Bedroom. Some molding (small corner pieces in hallway coming loose and also the molding in front of bathtub in common bathroom coming loose. We understand the reason to have durable beds and furniture but the beds were too hard (should have 3 inch mattress pads to offset), couches hard, do not sit on a seam as that is wood, and metal chairs very uncomfortable. Should have pads.

My adult kids and their partners stayed here for a week. Can honestly say it was one of my favourite holidays because of the property we spent a lot of time in the pool and playing games. The house is beautifully decorated super clean and had everything we needed and more. Definitely made some great memories here. Would book again.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Perfect for a family getaway. Our kids had a blast with the pool, putting green, and ping pong table. House was clean and well kept inside and out. The host was responsive when we had questions or a need. Would and probably will book again!
