Clean but a nightmare to get to the locker box, the phone service is very poor and was not easy to get follow the indications to get in and in the unit assigned. The shower faucet was stuck. I will not stay again and prefer a hotel next time, cheaper and more convenient.

Sonder at Hance Park.
The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is an interesting area, obviously in the middle of urban gentrification, but seems ok. Only a few blocks from the Art Museum. I personally was a little irritated at the process, of having to use the app to keep track of numbers for the lockbox and apartment, and arranging the parking, but perhaps generations who are used to being their own clerk and doing all the work themselves do not remember when other people had jobs doing that, will find it less of an issue.

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was fabulous. The location can’t be beat! We did a haunted walking tour and went to chase field for Smashing Pumpkins and Green Day concert and we were very close to both. The check in and out process is perfect. Will definitely stay again

Absolutely loved staying here. It was a beautiful apartment. The only thing that spoiled it for me was the issue with my prepaid parking. There was no way of accessing the parking app without a US mobile number so I ended up having to pay again and they said the prepaid parking was none refundable

I really liked that they gave detailed instructions on where to park and how to get your key foba. Then gave detailed instructions on how to get to the room. The room was nice and clean. I did not have any complaints. I would definitely use again.

I HATE SANDERS
This was the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had in my 46 years of life. The people were the rudest and manipulative in ever conversation I had with them. I was forced to sit outside in the Arizona blistering Heat for over 15 hours. Never got an access code to get in. I hate Sonders properties and will NEVER RETURN AGAIN

I like that the property is centrally located and safe for solo women travelers. Property has an excellent alarm system that only the truly deaf could even remotely sleep through.

I was not provided the key fob to enter the building . I was stuck outside in the heat of 112 for an hour trying to get a hold of someone to help. Finally someone opened the door for me on the third floor. Called was on hold for 43 minutes to try to get someone to bring me the extra key fob. Went out came back at 2am of course no communication no key fob was locked outside for over an hour.
