The beds are quite uncomfortable, not having blinds makes it quite hard to rest, at 5 am the sun comes in and you can't sleep anymore. The rest is fine.

Check in is big hassle , also apps needed for everything, TV app not working very boring with no TV, Dryer was broken did not know until wet clothes took 5 hours to dry also right at 11 2 girls showed up to clean they had to wait for a few minutes sat on floor when we exited one of them just glared at me after i said hello very bad experience id say. Nice lounge area is only thing good pool has no heater and its dirty

We were so impressed with the property and everything that it has to offer. The room was well equipped and had quality kitchen utensils. Very modern space with some of the best amenities that I have seen. The only drawback would be that the hallway carpets seemed to be dirty as well as the carpet in the room. If that was better maintained it would be flawless. The Internet signal was not as strong as we would have liked. Other than that we would definitely stay at Sonder properties.

It was a lovely apartment with all the right appointments. My only quibbles are two: 1) both the bed and the pull-out couch bed wer very uncomfortable. This needs improvement. 2) although a small thing, it would be nice to have some step by step instructions on how to operate the washer-dryer and the dishwasher, how all the lights work. It was a process of discovery. But, all-in -all, it was a great location, neat and clean, adequate size, etc.

At first I was a little disappointed because the elevator we took from the parking was not working, then our code didn't work and the chat was no help we had to call them and they gave us a new code. The apartment was good and cozy. We loved the pool and recreation area. The lobby was very cozy as well. The grocery store is right beneath you and dining options within a walking distance.

It felt secure and was nice to have a full kitchen. We didn’t have hot water our entire stay in Tempe, Arizona but we managed and still enjoyed the stay.

Loved the location!!! Well decorated property! Loved the pool and workout room, and easy access to Whole Foods. We had issues with no hot water the first couple of days. We had a quick response from Sonder and the situation was fixed after a couple days.

Nightmare from the beginning, no signs indicating where the mailbox was for the fob. 1st day into our stay and the garage fo stopped working. 1 st morning all into the 2nd day evening no hot water. The whole virtual thing sucks. No empathy on our issues although we did get a $75 refund for not having hot water for 40 hour. Called for the pool gate code didn't work and by then just gave up on Sonder. The kitchen was the best thing
