This was the perfect place to stay for Ironman Arizona. The full sized fridge was nice as well as the hot tub! Getting the keys was a bit confusing but easy once really reading the information in detail. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but other than that clean property, nice location and great town!

We were there just for the weekend. The location was great, parking was wonderful, the room was large, well appointed, and generally clean. There was construction in the hallway and the room had a foul smell we could not get rid of by opening the sliding door. The tv was chrome cast only. The bed was a glorified futon.

Excellent property. It seemed to be an apartment complex with a parking garage. The check in process was easily understandable as was the check out process. We ended up renting a car and parking was easy to set up. The actual unit was clean and had all the amenities that were advertised. Would definitely rent a sonder property again.

Didn't like this stay a bit. (1) No sound proof at all, you can hear pretty much everything from the hallway (2) the bedsheet had blood stains on it, absolutely disgusting (3) the water pressure was a joke (4) the room is very dark, (5) just a confusing way of check-in and you need to download their app (ughh) (6) parking costs extra with extra complicatedness, and there are other hotels nearby that offer ground parking. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The property was very clean very quite very well kept very modern. Plenty of amenities plus a grocery store downstairs. I would recommend this place to my friends and I would definitely stay there again

The kitchen supplies (bowls, cups) are dirty. Area is big and nice, other supplies are plenty. It's self check-in/out and the instructions were not clear. The code didn't work at teh beginning and it took me more than 1hr to check in.

Excellent value but falls short on some details
Excellent value and location for a weeklong stay in Tempe. This unit is in a residential apartment building, so it "feels" like a unit from a "vacation rental site" I can't name here. Clear instructions for access and checkout. Spacious. Good hvac and smelled clean. But, cooking equipment very limited (eg no cutting board, only one cheap pan). Tub drains very slowly when showering, not sure if that is a building symptom or a cleaning issue. Unit was very clean except for a few important details. Long dark hairs all over the floor, bathroom trashcan smelled like you-know-what, and carpeting/rugs could use a refresh or cleaning. Clean sheets, but mattress cover was gross - needs replaced. Very quiet and comfortable, just a few details would make this a five-star place.

Sonder at Mill is a great place to stay. Only negative experience I had was that the bed sheets had to be replaced due to stains, and it was not made right until the third replacement. However, it was easy to contact Sonder staff about this issue. In the future however, stains on the bed sheets are definitely something that should be thoroughly checked before it is delivered to the customer, especially when the same mistake is made three times in a row after having raised it as an issue.
