The room itself is beautiful & it was clean. I like the area around the property- it's close to everything downtown. However, I would not stay here again due to the inconvenience of there not being a front desk/ anyone on site to help with issues, which there were. First, the day we arrived, the water had been shut off all day so there was no hot water for a shower after our flight. Secondly, when we arrived, we discovered there was only 1 pool wristband instead of 2 which was an issue because their check-in info says everyone has to have their own wristband to be able to use the pool. They brought another band, but not til later the next day. Thirdly, I added parking & was told the parking deck transponder/ scanner would be in a locker...well, when I checked the locker for the parking scanner, there was nothing there. & that was after business hours, so no way to access the parking deck until a security guard nicely let us in for the night. They had to give me another code to another locker to actually get a parking scanner. Then finally 2 days after I checked out, they messaged me saying I never turned in the parking transponder (which I did, just had put it in the second locker they had assigned me, where it came from. They seemed to have no idea about the issue with the first locker containing nothing despite me contacting them about that during the stay). Was just super inconvenient to constantly have to contact off site customer service for these issues during the stay
