The house was big enough for 11 adults.It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.The location was close to Surprise Stadium along with groceries and restaurants.We also enjoyed the pool, glad it was heated.

Awesome House Near Tennis Facility
Great house for 8 men playing in a competitive tennis tournament. Nice beds, quiet rooms, fully equipped kitchen to make meals and nice common areas to hang out.

Large place for a family get together
We rented this house for a spring training trip with three families. It has everything you would need. It was clean. And the kids loved the pool. Would stay here again.

House was nicely appointed for a group of six guys. Six bedroom. The sixth bedroom had a smaller bed. Wish that was a queen. Lower heating element in oven didn’t work. Overall very nice. Paid extra for the pool heat and it was at the perfect temp when we arrived.

Better than Expected
Our tennis team stayed at this lovely property while playing at Nationals at the Surprise Tennis Center. Everything about this comfortable home was better than we could have hoped for. The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with all amenities and special touches that you would find in any high-end resort. The furnishings were so comfortable, and the game room provided for some fun noon-tennis competitions. The backyard fire pit was also a wonderful place to enjoy drinks and conversation. Communication with the local property manager was easy and prompt for answers to all questions. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This was a beautiful house, well-equipped and in a great location for our needs. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and more, the pool was well-heated (extra cost to heat in the winter), and there was lots of space for all of us. Super senior champs!!
This house couldn’t have been better suited for our visit to surprise. Jeff, the owner was very helpful with quick responses to questions we had. The house was more than spacious for the nine of us and conveniently located to the tennis facility that hosted the national tennis tournaments we participated in. The house brought us good luck and we made it to the finals. Well stocked, very clean. And even a few bikes for us to take a ride. We will be back for next year’s nationals. We were gathering for a family Memorial Service in Surprise and the house was perfect for our group. Perfect location and house!
Big enough for everyone!! There is a huge bedroom downstairs that my grandpa used which has its own laundry facilities and upstairs has 5 more bedrooms plus another laundry room. The neighbor has lots of walking trails and to be close to amenities was huge. The pool was always clean and we decided to go with the pool heat fee which was perfect for middle of October. Well worth the expense! The outside natural gas firepit and BBQ were nice. The owners have thought of so many details throughout the house, we were all very impressed and highly recommend 👌. I hope to stay here again!!

Great location for baseball tournament
The house was perfect for our stay. We were attending a baseball tournament at various locations that were all pretty close. The rooms were great and the washer/dryer came in handy for washing the uniforms, especially because the temps were averaging 109° +. Backyard was nice for relaxing and the game room was fun also. Every detail was thought of and we all enjoyed our stay!!

Awesome property
This was the second time we've stayed at this property and hopefully not the last. All descriptions and photos are accurate. The house is perfect for our party of four adults, three college students and one high schooler. It's all the thoughtful extras the owner provides that really makes for an extraordinary experience.
