Perfect spot
We spent one night here on our way through town. It was easy to find, quiet neighborhood, and Chris is an excellent host! The room/bathroom were spotless and all the extra touches he has added really make it great! Chris was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. An OASIS in the desert
Exceeded ALL our expectations. Reserved, private parking steps away from your front door. The area is even well lit at night thanks to motion sensing flood lights. Once inside you have a large, impeccably clean room with everything you need - plus. King bed (moderate to firm, but comfortable); a small refrigerator/freezer with soft drinks and water + breakfast items; microwave, TV, bookshelf with books, games, cards; Keurig coffeemaker (with pods), dinnerware and utensils, ceramic coffee mugs. Ample storage for clothing and a desk/chair for work or dining. Good lighting + ceiling fan. Bathroom is clean, well lit, and the shower is spacious and has great water pressure. Chris was a wonderful host, very attentive, and has gone above & beyond to make this a true “gem”. Among the dozen or so dining suggestions provided, we chose The Original Blue Adobe - Wow! What a memorable meal. Don’t give it a second thought. This is the place! See if it doesn’t exceed your expectations too. I’m confident it will.

Honest value
This is not a plush, four star hotel or resort. It is a clean, comfortable, very well stocked, basic room with private bath. The responsive and accommodating host is definitely five star, with rapid, polite communication, genuine concern for your needs and excellent follow-up on any requests. Truly an excellent overall value for the budget-minded traveler.

Great “value” location
This Vrbo is located in an older neighborhood. It is a segregated room and bathroom with lower ceilings. Dedicated parking spot. One block from 202 freeway on ramp. Not meant to be a luxury rental. Clean, nice fridge/freezer w cold waters and pop. Keurig w pods on site. Secure door and access. WiFi speeds solid. Owner on site, very responsive to any issues. I would stay here again on my own, maybe not best for couples used to fancier places.

Great place to stay for your vacation!
This place is like an oasis in the desert. Very clean, and host provides breakfast choices in the freezer, as well as bottled water, soda, and some nice chocolates on the nightstand. The neighborhood was relatively quiet for an enjoyable and restful stay. I highly recommend this place for your next trip to Mesa!

Spring Training Paradise
Chris is a great host! Responded to messages in leas than a few minutes! I had the chance to interact with him and his family! Really nice people! This is a perfect place to stay if you are interested in watching MLB spring training! Really close for Cubs and A’s and reasonably close for Angels! Parking is great and amenities are exactly as described!

This property was at a good location -not far from Tonto National Forest and Scottsdale. Chris was a good host -he stocked the mini fridge with cold water and our favorite sodas. The room is clean and comfortable, and is part of his home, but there is only a shared entryway.

We chose this property for a long weekend. It was clean and had lots of room. They provided a number of snacks and beverages as well as breakfast items. I liked the dedicated entrance and parking spot in the driveway for our rental car. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here on any return visits.

A great time again !
A repeat stay, we are very pleased with the room and the host Chris is great. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the highways to get around the area. Keurig and a nice selection of tea and coffee. The water in the refrigerator is so good! A great place to relax after visiting family in Mesa, definitely would stay there again!
