Step into a welcoming space filled with retro charm and modern convenience. The living area features custom artwork, large windows for natural light, and an oversized orange leather sectional, perfect for relaxing or socializing. The kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, opens to a dining area with plenty of seating, making it ideal for meals and gatherings.
Each guest bedroom is thoughtfully designed with retro décor, large closets, and ample storage. The master suite offers a king bed, stylish furnishings, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower and closet. The unique bunk-bed room, complete with its own full bathroom, is perfect for families or larger groups.
The detached casita adds even more fun, featuring a poker table, arcade machine, and half bath—ideal for gaming nights or extra space to unwind.

Policies and Additional Information:
Pool Heating:
The pool can be heated upon request for a minimum of three days at $285, with additional days at $95/day. The pool heats to a maximum of 85°F. Performance may vary in winter months due to overnight temperatures below 50°F. Pool heating charges are non-refundable.
Pets:
Pets are allowed with prior host approval. Please disclose the type, breed, and weight of your pet. A $100 fee applies per pet.
Parking:
The home offers a two-car driveway. No street parking is allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway.
Quiet Hours:
Per City of Tempe ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 5 AM. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred due to noise violations, which can reach up to $2,400.
Guest Count:
The number of guests must match the reservation. Unapproved additional guests may result in cancellation. Please contact the host if your guest count changes.
Early Check-In:
Check-in is at 4 PM. Complimentary early check-in at 2 PM may be available when possible. Check-ins before 12 PM require booking the previous night.
Late Check-Out:
Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-outs must be approved beforehand and may incur additional fees.
Music and Noise:
The property is equipped with a Sonos surround sound system. Please do not move or unplug the system, and avoid excessive volume to prevent damage. Noise monitoring devices are installed both inside and outside the home.
Outside Vendors:
Outside vendors, such as chefs or event planners, require prior approval from the host.

This property is located in north Tempe right on the border with south Scottsdale in a charming quaint cul-de-sac. This stunning gem is truly located in the perfect location for your next trip! A 10-minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale as well as a 5-minute drive to ASU Campus.
Getting Around:
We recommend using Uber or Lyft for convenient transportation if you don’t have a car. If you bring a vehicle, please ensure all vehicles are parked exclusively within the driveway, which offers ample space for guests.
ARK Rentals also partners with transportation companies to provide services such as party buses and limousines. You can find more details about these options in your guest portal once your reservation is confirmed.

Please note, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. As there is no pool fence, we advise practicing caution with children.
For security purposes, exterior cameras monitor all entry and exit points on the property. Additionally, noise monitors are installed to measure decibel levels both inside and outside, ensuring compliance with city regulations. These devices do not record audio.
