Springhill is my regular place to stay and is wonderful, but unfortunately this stay was not so great. A guest burned their breakfast and set off the smoke alarm which put the elevators out of order for hours and my family and I had to walk up and down 5 flight of stairs several times. The shower could have been cleaned better. Pool water was not heated and the jacuzzi needed cleaning.

Nice hotel, but breakfast wasnt as good as we were hoping. Example. Turkey sausage patties instead off beef. Eggs cold.

The mattress was broken/worn out, I sunk in and felt the bed frame…super uncomfortable especially for a 30 week pregnant women. Then for breakfast there was hardly any food available or missing condiments and a broken juice machine. There was no staff to ask for anything and the one person at the desk was on the phone and I waited 25 minutes.
