5-Star Review:This Goodyear VRBO was everything we hoped for and more! The outdoor space was absolutely fantastic—perfect for lounging and chilling out with a beautiful pool, bar, and hot tub. We spent hours relaxing outside! The location couldn’t have been better—just 30 minutes from everything in the Phoenix area, making day trips a breeze. We also loved the walking path right nearby—it was a perfect, peaceful 3-mile loop that we enjoyed every day. The neighborhood was super clean and quiet, and the house itself was spotless and very comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

House was great for us. Family of six adults and this house worked out well. Backyard definitely the best part. Pool, hot tub, fire pit and grill area with tv. Paid extra for the pool to be heated (575 plus for the week) but thankful we did or it would have definitely unusable. The walking/biking path that is about two blocks away is stunning!! Simply beautiful! Another plus we met the next door and he was so nice! Just another plus- the neighborhood. Jeff- homeowner did contact me during our stay after he noticed we had adjusted the thermostat- which I thought was a bit strange but he was very nice about it. We did have a couple days of very very low water pressure- not at all great for showers and still not sure what the cause was for that- but I did let the homeowner know as well. House could have been a tad cleaner- baseboards,Kitchen cabinets and drawers a bit dirty. But that aside, we enjoyed the home and our stay. Would recommend!

Great vacation. The residence had lots of room for 6 adults. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the north and south community lakes with walking paths all around. Great morning walk.

My family and I (7 adults) stayed here for the weekend to attend a near by rodeo. It was a great place with ample space and seating as well as plenty of sleeping accommodations. Nice neighborhood and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

Perfect place! Nice neighborhood, great set up, very comfortable. Wonderful place to walk around the lakes. The nearby park has pickleball and basketball. Everything you need is right here. Highly recommend.

We booked the house because it was close to our relatives who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The house has plenty of space and the pool was very nice and refreshing. Our biggest complaint would be that the thermostat was locked at 78° and all four bedrooms were upstairs so it was 5 to 10° warmer and miserable to try and sleep. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and we bought extra fans to try and help cool it off. The listing on Vrbo says the temperature shouldn’t be set below 76°. My husband called the owner and left a message asking if we could pay more to have the air turned down between seven pm until eight am and he never received a response back. Our niece and nephew and their families rented a house on Dreamy Dr right around the corner and it was so nice, comfortable, and updated! We paid the same amount. We had a such a great time catching up with family and friends, a few sweaty sleepless nights didn’t stop us from having fun! (A side note, we picked up lots of beer bottle caps out of the backyard and the main bathroom tub drained super slow because it had a big wad of hair stuck in the drain )

Great week. House wasnt as spacious as the pictures. Wide angle lenses are decieving. It was big enough for 6 adults and 1child. Only thing was house wasnt cool enough couldnt set it past 78, considering it was well over 100 outside. Pool was fabulous!! Spent most of our time in the backyard but would suggest putting a few ceiling fans out there above the dining area. Flies were bad. Overall a good stay and would stay there sgain.

We would definitely stay again

The house was clean and comfortable, the pool was perfect for the hot afternoons and the kitchen was minimally but sufficiently stocked. The location was also ideal for our trip. If you have sensitive skin (one of our kiddos does) you will need to re-wash the bedding to rid the linens of detergent used, but the laundry room was a equipped with a great washer/dryer set that made this a non-issue. The only problem we had was figuring out how to turn off the A/C to open up the house.

This house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was amazing (which was the main reason we booked this house since my son was running a marathon while we were there). Loved the walking path near by. We used it every day. The gas fire pit was convenient and made it easy to use. Loved being able to park in the garage. Separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs made sleeping comfortable. Grocery store is very close. The only thing we didn’t like so much was that it was farther away from the metro than we realized. The upstairs doors could use a little WD40. 😁. The squeezing woke people up. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Summer Place

The place is very spacious and just as advertised. The location is great and we couldn't get enough of the pool. With all the streaming options and games, there was more than enough entertainment. Check-in and check-out were easy. The manager was responsive, as well. recommend this to family and friends just wanting their own oasis. Thanks for a great stay!

The first morning there, after arriving on a late flight. We were all asleep, the next thing I know we hear someone banging on the front door.. Then a voice screaming HELLO!! I jump up out of my sleep, and answered. He said Im here to do some work on the house! Im thinking Wow really?? Ok, he did the "work" and let himself out. He woke the whole house. The kitchen light didnt work. Some of the dishes were put away with food still on them. There was a birds nest on the back of a tv that is on the back patio with bird poop all on the ground. I had to go and tidy up the backyard area myself. Master bathroom smelled like urine. Kind of strange when you're being charged a cleaning fee... On our second day, someone came and rung the doorbell and asked if they could rent one of the parking spaces in the driveway. This was suppose to be a relaxing family getaway, but we just didn't get what we expected as far as cleanliness and peace. This house has great potential! Would I stay here again? No.

Nice house, nice pool everything as advertised. Small prob with BarBQ but was taken care of right away by prop mgr. Shame all but 2 of us had to leave because of virus. Would definitely rent again.
