In Phoenix, it seems if you stay in a hotel under $100 a night, you will get sticky furniture, room floors never mopped, mold in the bathroom, stained towels, toilet not cleaned, SAYS they offer breakfast - they do not. Drug paraphernalia in the back parking lot. Letting people live there long term. The main area floors are in deplorable shape. The condition of the hotel says what the owner thinks of the people staying there. I'd never go back.

There wasn’t a breakfast like was advertised and the noise in the room was very loud due to the air conditioner/heater ran all night and seem to miss function. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, which was inconvenient and the room seem to be in need of, new paint and updating. Sheets and towels were somewhat dirty in the bed was very lumpy.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. We checked out 15 minutes after checking in. Dilapidated floors, broken doors, worn out mattresses, and just dirty. Extremely dissatisfied.

Dirty and smelly
I stayed one night while a family member was in a nearby hospital. The room was smelly and dirty. The tile floor is filthy. The A/C unit is full of crud. The bed was comfortable but the sheets smelled musty. The bathroom had hair in the sink, dried toothpaste spit on the faucet and someone spilled coffee down the wall and it was still dried there. The granite countertop is cut in such a way if you sit up straight on the toilet it hits you in the back. They charge a $150 deposit which they will refund in 5-7 days if they don't smell smoke in the room. Sadly, smoke would probably smell better than the musty, body sweat odor in the room. I will not stay here again.

Overall it is a basic 1-Star hotel for a simple cheap stay, our room was a little out dated, the bathroom's toilet seat was dirty, the beds were comfortable can't complain there. No elevator is available at property so if you're handicapped make sure to book 1st floor. Customer service from both employees who assisted me (at check-in & check-out) was not great, I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there, but then again from current experiences customer service has gone out the window these days.
