I booked via Expedia which had great reviews. Check in was seamless. I got to the room and realized that the doors weren’t secure, there was a residential keypad lock on every room and my door had no interior lock. The room was renovated but cheap. Faucet leaked unless you propped the soap dispenser against it. Towels and sheets were dirty. Bathroom countertop had exposed seams and mold. Within minutes of check-in I got an alert from my credit card company asking if I authorized a charge (equal to the fee I paid to Expedia from the hotel) which I declined which locked my card. The front staff had “no idea why that happened” and contacted the manager who never contacted me as promised, and I spent 45 minutes with my bank trying to turn my card back on. The account was paid in full through Expedia but they attempted to double charge with no explanation. The 24 access gate codes didn’t work. Shower water took 5 minutes to get warm, not hot…do you get the point or do you want me to keep giving your reasons to not stay here?
