Very central located neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and stores.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are recommended methods of transportation to all the major hot spots.
However, if you plan on exploring places that require a longer drive then you may want to have a rental car during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT: Please note below, if this falls within the days of your stay we apologized for the inconvenience:)
1. Pool guy was scheduled every Tuesday and Friday.
2. Yard people come every two weeks to maintain the yard. (3rd week of every month, Wednesday or Thursday)
3. We hired a 3rd party company called Can Monkey. They were tasked to pull out the trash at the curb every Tuesday for regular trash. They will come back in the afternoon to return the trash bin to where it is originally placed.
No lifeguards will be on duty.
Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.
Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER: Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER:
1. Pools and/or spas pose a risk to all Guests and their family and friends. Risks can include but not be limited to bodily injury including permanent disability, paralysis, and even death.
2. These risks may result from circumstances such as the misuse of the pool and/or spa by yourself or others, or the unavailability of emergency medical care. Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that use of the pool and/or spa is at their own risk. Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around or walking near the pool and/or spa. GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL AND/OR SPA.
3. Guests agree to comply with all posted signs, disclaimers and safety guidelines. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. Guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold owner, including all Members, Managers and employees thereof, from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool and spa.
There are 2 outdoor security cameras on the property. Ring doorbell and and backyard camera. There is also a Minut noise sensor that measures dB levels inside. This is to ensure there aren’t any noise issues.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is [SR2022-445061].
