If you like comfort, this place is NOT for you.
The condo had such potential to be a perfect vacation. However, there was no mention that it was in the middle of the flight route, so airplanes and their noise were always there. Also, there is a freeway you can hear. If you like quite this is not the place for you. If you like comfortable furniture, this is not the place for you. The couch, chair, and bed all look nice in the photos, but are hard and uncomfortable. If you are over five feet five, the sofa will be too small for you. The hallways to the unit were badly stained and had an off-putting odor. The common lounge, pool area and gym areas were very nice, as the units kitchen, closet, and bathroom. We ran out of TP and were told housekeeping would bring us some. That didn't happen. Communication is done by text and typically starts with "Sorry for the delay". All questions were answered except the question about the TV. The location is near shopping and the university.

Bed and couch was terribly uncomfortable. Rental company not responsive to maintenance issue with washing machine. Dishwasher didn’t work. Lights out in bathroom and refrigerator. And found fake nail tip in area rug of living room.

Communication from the host on checkin info was awesome! Apartment was well appointed. The floors needed to be cleaned and the apartment dusted, but was otherwise clean. The complex itself was in need of a thorough cleaning, the hallway carpets and elevator floors were very dirty. The bed was beyond firm as was the couch.

Tv remote wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch TV. When I told the host he suggested that I go buy batteries and he would reimburse me. But I told him I didn’t have time to do that on vacation and celebrating a birthday. I never heard back. So no tv for us and no offer for a discount or to make it right.
