Very nice clean hotel room.
The hotel was on the outskirts of Sedona near the i17. It was perfect for our stay as we were heading North to Sedona. We were checked in by a lovely man and checked out by a lovely lady. The room was spotless and very well equiped also had washer and dryer. Bed was very comfortable. Reception has snacks and drinks and room had coffee maker with coffee. Nice stay.

We had a delightful stay at the Wyndham on 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Rd. It was relaxing, so comfortable, and definitely worth the value. We would return.

New spot when in Phx
No one was at the front desk. One of the housekeepers checked me in. They were super super nice and accommodating. I asked for a quiet area and they put me in a room in the back. Only problem with the room is it was too clean and it smelled horribly of Pine-Sol. Guess that's not really a bad thing to be too clean, but some people are very sensitive to chemicals and I had to leave the door and windows open for a couple hours. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a very good location. I'll stay there again.

The extra mile
The trip was to accommodate the day before a spine surgery on the third of July. Everything was amazing, from clean room to friendly helpful staff. I was suppose to discharge on the 4th leaving my wife to check out and pick me up from the hospital. Due to complications i needed to stay another night. Even though it was the 4th of July the staff at WaterWalk Phoenix was able to arrange my wife to stay in the same room for the extra night. Great experience! Thank you WaterWalk

Bad experience!
Stayed at this hotel on many occasions; however, this time the front desk associate took it upon his self to enter my room without even knocking. When I confronted him about this, he said he was checking to see if the room was cleaned. I felt so uneasy and scared for the remainder of the night that I had to secure the door with my pocketbook strap. The manager agreed that I should be refunded for my stay in which I had to wait a month and a half for the refund after contacting him on several occasions for update to see if it was completed. It truly saddens me that this incident happened because I truly love staying at this facility. it’s located very close to my job and I always considered it home away from home.

Worth the stay!
This was my first time staying solo in a hotel. This staff made me feel welcome and made me feel great even though i looked very sub-par. I appreciated them going out of their way to make my stay as great as they could. I would definitely consider this place for a return as it was more of a condo feel and just a great people friendly attitude there.
