For most people, having a spacious outdoor area is vital, and you can find that here. The vast enclosed backyard has a covered patio with a lounge area surrounding a gas fire table, a propane grill, a dartboard, and a TV. As you may have guessed, this is the ultimate spot for outdoor entertainment. The yard has two cornhole sets for a more active way to spend the evening and the star of the entire property: a private in-ground pool that can be heated for an additional fee. The pool area is guarded by a safety fence and has two beach chairs and two beach umbrellas to add shade.

The interior of this air-conditioned retreat also boasts enough entertainment and comfort to match the outside. Stream everyone's favorite series on the smart TV in the living area for a relaxing evening after spending the day swimming in the pool, or challenge your friends to a billiards tournament at the full-size pool table by the main entrance. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room, located off the kitchen, adds great convenience to your stay with a washer/dryer.

The main bedroom has a TV, a spacious walk-in closet, access to the patio, and an en suite full bathroom with a standalone shower. One of the other bedrooms has a TV, and one has bunk beds.

Security camera details: There is a Ring doorbell facing the entryway and a Ring security camera facing the driveway.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
