It was very basic. No kitchen supplies AT ALL. No dish soap, drain rack, dish cloths, utensils, pots pans, plates, bowls, ice machine, coffee maker other than the lobby etc. Take out your own garbage, no recycling. No housekeeping unless requested in 3 day intervals and towel replacement where you go to the front desk with dirty to get clean 1 for 1. No tissue in the room or shampoo/rinse or bath soap. Limited hand soap for bathroom sink.

As soon as u walk in the door the whole building has a terrible stench they didnt have basic things in the room the room only had 3 pillows and the hotel staff changed me 4 times trying the fix the first wrong charge $600 later i got THINK i got it fixed but will definitely never return

Pros: some of the staff are friendly. Full size fridge with freezer in room. Cons: Smell of urine the moment I walked in room, probably from a previous pet. Bed was not comfortable. Bed frame was wobbly - felt like it might collapse whenever I turn. Can hear upstairs walking.

Cold in Phoenix
We booked for three people, but the pull-out couch was not made up, and no linens were provided. The bed did not have a blanket, just a flimsy bedspread, so it was too cold for sleeping well. No amenities like Kleenex tissues or hand cream, just shampoo.

I was charged several times before arriving and then asked to pay again upon arrival. I showed proof of the charges already pending and was allowed to go to my room 2 days later they disabled my keycard and would not let me in my room because they said I had a balance due again. I again showed the proof of my charges and they allowed me in my room but told me to check back again in the morning to see if the payments were showing in their system. The sheets upon arrival were dirty, I went down to the front desk and asked for new ones. The guy said he could change them out but I needed to strip my bed first and bring him the dirty sheets. It was 3am and I had been traveling many hours with a bunch of teenage soccer players. I was exhausted, he finally agreed to give me the clean sheets and return the dirty ones in the morning. I started removing the dirty sheets and discovered the mattress pad was even more disgusting. It was full of different types of hair, dirt and poop smeared on the plastic pad. I decided to keep the sheets on and put the new ones on top because they were cleaner than the mattress pad. I saw a lot of pubic hairs in the bathroom, it didnt seem very clean. They have a kitchenette but no kitchenware at all so its pretty useless, not even dish soap. Some guests seemed like normal hotel type guests but the majority seemed to be long term guests that seemed super sketchy. I didnt feel very comfortable. The staff wasn't very professional or apologetic.
