I love the cleanliness of the lobby. I did not like the fact that the room does not provide blow dryer, iron, iron board. It came with 1 soap and a bottle of shampoo/conditioner. No Breakfast and horrible coffee. The room had a refrigerator and stove but no utensils. When I checked in, I was charged a late fee for the late arrival. If you needed amenities, it probably comes at a price.

It is very close/convenient to people I visit in Chandler, Very sparse, ok workout room, virtually no amenities, large room, one shampoo, one small soap bar, no utensils (available for $20-30), stove cooktop, apt size fridge, microwave...set up like an efficiency apartment which I guess is who it seeks to cater to...

I liked everything about this hotel. No carpets is definently a plus. The beds weren't as comfortable as i expected, it was squeaky & noisy.

The hotel looks great. Brand new inside and outside. Looks? Great! Cheap construction! any neighboring room activities happening you participate as well. People watching TV on neighboring apartments? you hear everything! same for phone calls, music, phone vibration, phone calls, phone alarm vibration on the night stand looks like on yours, I woke up with the alarm from my neighbor, Looks like the floor and the walls are made out of paper. people walking above? looks like elephants walking around! unbelievable. I could not sleep on both nights reservation. No, I do not recommend this hotel. Staff being trained took long time to check in...

Great Little Hotel!
This is very basic hotel, but set up for extended stay, complete with a small stove, full size microwave and fridge. The room is not equipped with any utensils, pots or pans so it would be necessary to bring your own items to be able to cook and eat. However, the hotel seems fairly new so the room seemed very clean. I liked the fact that there are both drawers and shelve units in the room which would have made a longer stay convenient.
