We were on the 6th floor and the internet was off and on and slow. At the pool and main floor it was great, but in our room it wasn’t stable. The staff was great and really served well! Breakfast was great as well! The beach was not clean but the pool was clean and nice. Nice location for the Night Market as well!

I loved the overall minimal design of the hotel and room. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful all throughout my stay. The pool area was very beautiful and I appreciated that there was access to the beach as well.

We booked 2 deluxe double suites and I have to say the room was was spacious and had a beautiful view. After that things were disappointing. My husband choked on a piece of plastic in a smoothie the size of a coconut shred. We found 2 more and a foil seal probably from juice box. Told the staff they need to be careful. We got an apology and moved on. We order lunch which was pretty bad. Ordered a smoothie again this time they spilled it on me. During our whole stay they were working on the stairs to beach, which we maneuver around to get to water. However, the worst part is when we were relaxing at the pool 3 workers decided to pound on metal after an hour we begged them to please stop.Then they decided to work on vacant room across from us until 10:30pm. When we were checking out they said that a small plastic container of bath salt was missing. I told her that the first night I had requested a replacement since the one in the room was stuck from the humidity and was unable to open so I threw it away that is why there was one left in room. Since they hold on to your passport they said I needed to pay for it (15K VND). I was in shock, so I told the young lady no problem you can pay me back for the 2 smoothies (160K VND) that I was charged for. Thats when she back pedaled. At this point our whole family was so ready to leave and so looking forward to our next destination.
