Excellent value
We took the public bus from Phuket airport to Karon, bus drop off not far from the hotel easy walk. The Hotel is right across from the beach. The room was spacious and clean everything worked.Free wifi tended to drop off intermittently staff were good.Lots of food places close by, as were massage places and market stalls. I would stay again.

The hotel is pretty good for people who wish to spend time at the beach as it is along the Karon beach. The room was clean and tidy. If you are in a search of a budget friendly place to stay at the beach side, then I would recommend this place. Only downside I can think of is they don’t have laundry service.

Good location across from the beach, close to everything. Room was standard, but had a horrible nauseating smell of sewage that never went away.Told staff but all they did was shrug and spray some air freshener, which didn't work. VERY DISTURBING!

Kamers met zeezicht zijn fantastisch. Erg genoten van het uitzicht op soms wat regenachtige dagen. Het geluid die je wat hebt langs te straatkant neem je er met gemak bij. Het heeft in ieder geval met nachtrust niet verstoord. Het is een sprong naar het strand en onderweg neem je een lekkere koffie van de Anda Coffee Bar mee. Bedden liggen wat hard, maar ieder heeft daarin zijn voorkeuren.

Pros: Location was good! Right in front of Karon Beach. They have balcony where u can smoke and enjoy the beach view. The aircon was cold. Cons: Bed was hard. Didn't like it. Room was facing the sea but the noise traffic is 24/7. Pillows are limited 1 for 1. Can't even request for more. Shower water pressure wasn't strong. I didn't like the structure of the interior building. It was oddly made which I don't understand the design. Reception staffs are not friendly and they will charge you late check out even if you want to check out one hour later. Which other hotels does not charge it.

And there’s the Beach!
Anda tried to put me in a suite 4 floors up and no elevator, just recovering from knee injury, so not going to happen. Anda front desk accommodated me by upgrading me, at no charge, and moved me to the main building with elevator...nice. The cleaning staff do a great job, breakfast is limited but tasty. The location is the key, u just can’t get a better spot at that price, beach across the street, perfect!

Good place close to the beach
The junior suite was very comfortable. But it was facing the road and there was a lot of traffic noise. Most of the small trucks that serve as local taxis have big stereo speakers and when those guys park nearby late at night to turn up the music it is hard to get a peaceful rest. Not much the hotel can do about that. The bed was cozy, the A/C worked great (in both rooms) and the bathroom was great. The balcony overlooking the street was nice and it's possible to see a bit of the ocean through the trees on the beach. Other than the traffic noise Karon is pretty quiet. Hotel is well-located for an easy walk to a lot of restaurants and right across the street from the beach. Not a bad place to stay if you get a good price on the room.

Perfect location
Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff is always smiling, helpful, welcoming and polite. Room is clean, spacious, furnitures are new and air conditioning is in perfect working order. Bathroom is clean and spacious, the only issue is the shower pressure and I think it should be increased. Overall an excellent experience

Chemical smelling room. Ignorant staff
This hotel stay actually started off very good we got into our room which was very nice and obviously newly renovated. On the third day of our stay a very very strong smell was coming through our vent (smelled like chemicals or something toxic) we left the windows open for about an hour to air the room out. The smell returned very strong again (this smell was actually starting to make us feel sick and gave us chest pains like a heavy feeling) so we told the front desk politely that we would like to change rooms and that we would pay whatever to get another room. A very ignorant staff member came to smell our room and rudely said "i dont smell anything". They said there were no other rooms available (This was a lie as I looked online and found some just minutes after) and they told us in an extremely arrogant way to "spray some febreze". We checked out immediately and booked a room at a different hotel.

Can’t get any closer to the beach
We booked 4 nights at this hotel, but tried to check out within the first hour, they place moth balls in their rooms and the smell becomes unbearable given some rooms have no windows, we tried to cancel but the person in charge refused to refund us all nights, he offered a “better” room which had several moth balls as well, after going for a 2 hour walk and leaving the window open, the smell went away, the next morning when I tried to take a shower I had to do it sitting down bc the handle was broken, maintenance repaired it in the afternoon, must add that we stayed on the older building, breakfast was included but was a true disappointment....extremely poor selection, ended up eating cereal the last 2 days..... having said this the hotel’s location is unbeaten!

The hotel was remarkably close to the beach. It's quite literally across the street from the beach, which was incredibly nice and convenient. Our room was amazing, I would definitely recommend staying in that room. I have nothing but niceties to say about the cleanliness and the room, the main point of contention for me was the poor service. Most hotels in Phuket will help you book excursions and tours to other locations, but this hotel was reluctant to say the least. After trying to confer with the front desk clerk, who did not speak any English, he said he was not allowed to help us book anything (even just calling and helping us translate.. we had a translator app to talk to him) because it was disallowed by his manager. We had him call the manager who was more helpful on the surface, and he said that he couldn't book trips for Russians, but could for us. He said he would help us book a tour, but nothing ever came of it after saying that he would call back at a later time because he couldn't get a hold of the people. We ended up booking all of our tours on our own. Overall this wasn't a huge deal, and the hotel was mostly nice but it's just something to keep in mind when booking this hotel. You're going to be on your own.

Great budget beachside hotel
The room is very nice and has a modern look. Very comfy bed. I have a bad back so if the bed is crappy I will feel it in the morning. Free water bottles everyday. Big plus!! Only thing I wish there weren't ants in the room, but other than that a must stay.

I rarely write reviews, unless it's really good or really bad. This was a 4 night stay. Nope. Despite the great location, there are too many negatives to recommend this hotel. Staff: Housekeeping obviously think it's fine to help themselves. I had a pile of sim cards from my travels on the desk. I had left the room and they came to clean as I left. I unexpectedly came back 10 mins later and found a housekeeper sitting on the bed with his phone open, card in hand. It didn't click until later when I saw my sims had been moved that he was trying my sims in his phone. My pile of change also disappeared at the same time. The front desk guy needs to lift his game. Surly at best. The girl is mostly ok. No staff at the pool. Towels unavailable. Breakfast. If you are set on booking this place, don't have the breakfast. I have never seen worse looking eggs, on a daily basis. Better, cheaper, food all around the hotel. The hotel could be cleaner. There was rubbish in the lift that was there for at least 2 days. Pics. Ok, we get used to hotels taking pics from the best angles etc but this is a whole new level. Who designs a building with balconies inside, that go nowhere? Not like an atrium. It just seems pointless. Good location but otherwise it is not somewhere to book. Also if you do, don't forget your 2000 baht cash deposit. No cash, no key. This is separate to the room charge, which I paid in advance. Learning how to read and speak Russian would be of advantage.

Not too bad for the price
Great location. Reception staff in the day shocking! Restaurant and housekeeping staff excellent. Rooftop pool lovely but very worrying that only accessible by lift and there were several power cuts. Lovely room but view were just trees right in front of balcony. And don't believe them when they say beach towels are available. Oh and far too many ignorant Russians!
