A wonderful retreat in Kata
Adored and loved the Spa and staff. Made my stay wonderful. Loved the location and shuttle to the beach. Location to town…. Pretty much a great hotel with lots of family fun. The only bad part is their internet, which is spotty and is closer to dialup internet days. Their pillows are firm, if you like those, you are in heaven… Great place, i would definitely stay there again

Great for family
Very friendly and helpful staff. Access to restaurants and bars. Family oriented with happenings for kids. Good pool areas for both kids and grownups with a small waterpark/play area in two of the pools and a bar in another. Watertoys to use for the kids. Good food and drinks. The hill to and from the hotel isn’t too bad. It’s quite short and looks worse than it is. You can use the hotels buses to and from the Kata beach for free. I think they leave every twenty minutes. We would stay here again.

Staff is 10/10 and AMAZING! Would stay again just because of staff. Unfortunately but fortunately for others the hotel is being renovated so the rooftop with Ocean views was not accessible and several rooms are being redone. Will be amazing when they have the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again and recommend to those with kids not really a place for young couples

Fantastic resort for kids, and we loved the pools. The grounds were always spotless and very well maintained, and our daughter enjoyed feeding the koi fish. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always smiling. The kids bed made up with fun kids linen was a great touch. Very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a great position to walk into town- though it is on a hill, so people with strollers or elderly would find it more difficult to walk. Our room was very comfortable but the hotel is in definite need of maintenance. We had a pleasant stay. We were there in monsoon season so it was very good value for money . Not sure if we would stay again if it were not on a special.

It was very good, the staff and service was exceptional, especially thank you to Add and Bank. The only thing is the location, as it is located on a steep hill, but they have shutter bus .
