This is an oasis of calm just minutes away from the crazy world of Patong beach. The property is situated in a leafy well manicured garden nestled in a hill overlooking Patong on one side and the sea on the other side. The staff are brilliant and highly attentive. We stayed here for 2 glorious weeks during the low season and came home truly rested and tanned. Thank you to all the Novotel staff!

The staff was incredible! Especially the dining staff. Walking distance to main shopping district, or free shuttle if you're not a walker. Highlight was the incredible view.
