Know what you are getting and you will be pleased
Absolutely beyond expectations for the price. This isn't a room at a resort so don't expect that. Expect a very friendly and helpful staff with a clean bed and hot water. The rooms are 20 minutes walk from either Bangla road or the sandy beaches. Taxi are available just around the corner and motorcycle taxi are at the end of the street. There is a food market 2 minutes away with very good food and a convenience store on the corner. There is a lady who will wash your clothes just nearby and we used her service happily, but there is a coin washed available at the rooms too. WiFi included. If you plan to do activities all day and may need a place to sleep, this is a great place. Go elsewhere if you expect a pool, room service, lavish lobby, etc.

peaceful and close to main attraction
The hotel is 10 mins away from the beach and bangla road. The hotel owners are very helpful and very friendly. Helped us get a taxi to the airport. Suggested places for us to go to and even showed us personal photos of them at those places. Tries to accommodate all our requests ie; check in at 10am and late check out at 7pm. The area is a bit scary but the hotel is clean. There are cats to play with. The area is very peaceful and very close to places that you might need like a cash converter, family mart, food stores and clothes shop. Overall very good experience.

It is awesome in overall but the guesthouse is actually located behind the main street of the road. Besides, the location is near to the shop which causing noise with some ladies' voices laughing,talking. It made us unpleasant for the sleeping surrounding.

Nöjd och glad
Stannade i sex nätter och var nöjd med min vistelse. Personalen är fantastisk, hjälpsamma och trevliga. Tar ca 10 minuter att gå till stranden och till Banglaroad. Det enda minus är att det är lyhört.

Есть такие отели, где все есть и ремонт свежий и новая мебель и так далее, но там не хватает хозяина - все сотрудники - не их это и все. Но здесь удивительный хозяин Лео. Он болеет за свое дело и всегда рад во всем помочь и следит за благополучием гостей. Мы останавливаемся тут уже второй раз и будем на пхукете останавливаться только тут. До пляжа недалеко, до джангцейлона и найтмаркета тоже, и банглароад тоже в доступе. Круглосуточный отдельный вход.

happy with stay
Good location for our stay. Close enough to walk everywhere we wanted. Down a quiet alley so quiet at night. Room small and no window but didn't bother us as only want to sleep here. Reception not open 24 hours so had to call and wait when we first arrived but wasn't a big deal. Good aircon and wifi

친절하고 저렴한 좋은 곳
가서 아이가 아팠는데 자신의 차로 데려다주고 기다려주고 하는 친절함에 감격했어요. 이것저것 신경쓰이게 한 일도 많았는데 끝까지 잘 도와주고 최선을 다하는 모습이 참 좋았구요. 그러나 물이 하루 2병씩 받아야 했는데 제대로 준비되지 않아서 불편했고, 욕실에서 배수가 되지 않고 역류해서 방을 바꾸고, 바꾼 방이 시끄럽고 개미가 있어 다시 원래의 방으로 바꾸고 하는 등의 불편을 겪었어요. 청소는 화요일과 금요일 주 2회만 되는 곳이어서 제가 스스로 청소를 해야 했지만 그런대로 좋았어요.

Recommend to stay
Leo is a really helpful and nice host when I was in Phuket. I highly recommend that everyone who wishes to travel to Phuket stay with his house. Firstly, about the Beds: the location is convenient. It is very near to the Patong Beach (10-15mins walking distance)and Patong Shopping Center(10-15mins walking distance). The bed is comfortable and the toilet is clean. It is very good for 3 people for 4 people who wants to save some money on hotel to choose this one.

不会再住了的Beds Patong
整个行程在beds patong住的比较多，作为整体行程的各个过度。首先说一个插曲吧，因为全程过度都订的他家，但是中间一宿两个房间一月订成十一月了（手机订的伤不起啊），发现后及时联系，网站说给协调，酒店的回复的错误自己买单吧！看着网站图片泰国友善的微笑订的他家，结果没有出发就吃了闭门羹啊。房间刚一进去还是有问道的，八月份刚刚装修完的。地点，离江西冷有十多分钟的路程，周围吃东西很方便，而且都是当地的小吃比较多，价格不贵。酒店门口就是摩托车行，那是相当相当吵，直到后本夜给服务人员打电话要求换房间，答复是明天再说吧...房间小的站在地上没法转身，倒是很干净的，空调直接吹着床，一宿全病了。因为看错了时间，pp岛船接的车错过了，服务人员帮忙联系的车（后来你知道贵一些，700B，在码头标价500B），非常感谢，又付了五十泰铢小费，司机二十株，呵呵。酒店会要求每天一个房间一千泰铢的押金，但是房间里面其实什么都没有，最后一天4:30退房，服务人员没有过来，打电话还在睡觉，来了之后非常非常不高兴啊，扔给我就走了...至此，此行结束，印象也非常不好。最后说一下，泰国这种小旅馆晚上是没有人的，司机早上在酒店门口等了一个小时没有进来，因此各种原因，错过了早上的船。

除了位置其他都很好
老板人很nice，还有那个姐姐好漂亮诶~房间不是很大，但是挺干净的，衣挂只有四个，四个人的手机想要同事充电的话可能得拔掉冰箱那个插头，老板会带到房间告诉你详细的说明，教怎么用保险柜，自行车好像是可以免费用，但是要让他拍个照PO上脸书，酒店的位置不是很好，步行到海滩有点远，到江西冷和红灯区要走一段。晚上睡觉的时候要把门缝塞严才能安睡因为可能是风的原因门一直响感觉好像有人在外面推门·····总之还是很棒的

Fantastic service
We had a blast in Phuket, thanks to Beds Patong for the awesome location - only 15 mins walk to Soi Bangla and Jungceylon. Our manager, Mr Leo is very attentive to our needs and always make sure we always feel comfortable at Beds Patong. There's a convenient shop only 30 secs walk from the hotel, a motorcycle-taxi service and also a rent-a-bike shop nearby. We had a pleasant stay despite the hotel is still undergoing construction. Probably in a month time they will be prefect. One of the recommended budget stay for family and friends. And at the end of our stay, we had handmade soap as gifts!
