Located by the sea, on more than one hectare of fenced land with direct access to the beach, this small family house, built in 1956 and completely renovated in 2016 can accommodate 6 people (4 +2) and offers all the amenities for a most enjoyable stay.
Its terrace overlooking the sea, its panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the famous Omu di Cagna gives it a unique location in the Pianottoli Caldarello region.

Rental 1 week minimum from Saturday (2.30 p.m. at the earliest) to Saturday (10.00 a.m. at the latest).

Le bijou de Pianottoli-Caldarello
Nous avons passé une semaine superbe à Pianottoli-Caldarello. La maison est très bien équipée et la climatisation est un grand avantage lorsque les températures extérieures dépassent les 30 degrées. La grande terrasse de la maison invite à relaxer dans le calme absolu, mais il serait dommage de ne pas consacrer un peu de temps à la découverte des belles plages du golfe de Figari. Je recommande vivement San Giovanni, mais on a l'embarras du choix. Le port de Caldarello (à quelques minutes en voiture) offre la possibilité de louer des bâteaux ou des jets-ski. Un grand merci à Harmony pour l'accueil chaleureux et surtout à Dominique de permettre à d'autres personnes de faire connaissance de ce coin merveilleux de la Corse.

Imaginez arrivée au bout du chemin, une maison posée au dessus de la mer..le début de vacances de rêve. Une superbe semaine (quelques avions, surtout le weekend), de superbes plages, Bonifacio à 15 minutes..vous vivez hors du temps, sans voisin avec une vue magnifique !

Wir sind mit dem Auto mit der Nachtfähre angereist und kamen morgens ganz ausgeruht und viel zu früh an. Dennoch konnten wir um 11 Uhr unsere Gepäck auspacken und vor dem Haus abstellen. Gegen 13 Uhr konnten wir bereits das Haus beziehen. Wir wurden persönlich eingewiesen und alles erklärt. Beeindruckend war der erste Eindruck, denn das Grundstück, die Lage und die Umgebung war noch schöner als wir uns das von den Bildern erwartet haben. Ein eigener Zugang zum Meer mit einer 270 ° Rundumsicht umgeben von Meer und einem völlig unbebauten Gegenüberufer, hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Die phantastisch alleinliegende Lage, direkt am Meer mit guter infrastruktureller Anbindung an Bäcker und Supermarkt ist einzigartig. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr sauber und die Küche ist so eingerichtet, als würde der Eigentümer selbst kochen und darauf achten, dass nichts ausgeht. Der Garten ist so groß, dass man in diesem spazieren gehen kann. Tischtennis unter Pinien mit Blick über das Meer, egal auf welcher Seite der Platte man steht. Zwei neue Fahrräder standen aufgepumpt mit neuen unbenutzten Schlössern und warteten auf einen Ausflug. Der Tischtennisball und die Schläger und diverse andere Outdoorspiele waren quasi auf unseren Besuch vorbereitet. Dieser Urlaub war ein Traum, wie bei Freunden, die uns erwartet haben in einer sehr privaten und phantastischen Umgebung. Viele Dank für die Möglichkeit, hier Urlaub zu verbringen.

Traumhafte Alleinlage direkt am Strand
Korsika ist eine tolle Insel, kleine Dörfer in den Bergen und viele kleine einsame Strände, aber das Highlight ist definitiv die Lage des Hauses und das Grundstück. Im Süden gelegen, über 1ha groß mit Zugang über die Gartentüre direkt zum Stand. Das Grundstück ist von 3 Seiten von Wasser umgeben. Auch das Steinhaus hatte alles was wir benötigten, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und die große Terrasse mit Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen. Für Fragen hatten wir einen email Kontakt, der immer gleich geantwortet hat, top! Das Haus ist zwar nicht ganz günstig aber es lohnt sich und ist den Preis wert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, Danke Dominique.

Excellent emplacement pour découvrir le sud de la Corse. Nous avons apprécié d’être entourés par la mer , ce lieu tout proche du village , est propice à la sérénité. Un bel endroit où se ressourcer. Une mention très bien pour l’acceuil et le sérieux d’Harmony.

Un coin de paradis
Il ne faut pas le dire mais c'est un lieu magique et paradisiaque. 1 semaine hors du temps sur l'eau avec une vue sur la baie de figari à 300°. Maison toute refaite et excellente prestation.
