The hotel within close proximity of the airport. The Staff is very friendly and the food from restaurant is very good. Also they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. I will definitely use them again.

We loved that the hotel picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The hotel as a great restaurant upstairs serving good Indian and Thai food. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

This hotel is usually great for a 1 night stay. We've used them several times. This time however, we did not get the type of room that we booked, despite text and phone communications with them prior to arrival. Also, be aware that if you have several pieces of luggage that requires their shuttle service to use a van (as opposed to a regular sized car) from the airport, you will be responsible for paying half of the fare ($100 TT), the hotel pays the other half to the taxi driver. We were not informed of this until after we were already in the van. The fare for a regular taxi is usually around $6 TT per person since it's just a 7 min drive. The best staff person there is Sherry (front desk). She is always very considerate and will do whatever she can to help you - giving info, arranging a ride, etc. Unfortunately, each time we have had some miscommunication issue regarding our booking, it has been a younger male (name unknown) that took the call - not sure if he makes note of the messages he receives so that the night shift person is aware.

It's a cool, locally-owned hotel in the middle of a neighborhood. I loved that bc I prefer to live among locals when I travel. There were a lot of opportunities for me to walk around and visit the other locally-owned restaurants and boutiques. There was also a nice and convenient restaurant on the roof. I enjoyed the food. I only had two concerns. The first was that they overbooked, and on my first night I was placed in a room that was only partially renovated. It was uncomfortable. The second concern was that they advertise a shuttle service. At check-out, their usual drivers were not available. Instead of covering the full cost for another airport driver to transport me, they only paid about 60% (expressing that they have an agreement with their typical drivers where they only pay about 60% of the typical airport cost). I paid the remaining balance.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when I misplaced my phone. They helped me track it down and get it returned. The hotel is clean, modern and convenient. Close to the airport with free shuttle service. Bathrooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Overall a very close to North American standards experience. Would recommend!
