At 3pm check-in I was locked out of the Lobby and away from the Front Desk. In BROAD DAYLIGHT I was in a Glass Cage with the sun making it hotter by the moment. Staff was standing at least 5 feet away behind the glass and was barely able to hear her. Yeah 3 PM not 3 AM. And NO I was not wearing a hat, hoodie, dark glasses and a mask. Terrible WiFi, that the staff said was Normal and the Internet Providers fault. But The Hotels equipment was only putting out 1 or 2 bars 9 rooms down from the office and you lose connection going into the bathroom. Smoke Detector is hanging down the wall by its wires. Ants and spiders share the room with you. 5-night stay and got ZERO Housekeeping. I told my local family to ensure No Family or Friends stay there in the future.

The fridge is falling apart and moldy, room is dirty. Sign in entry that no breakfast no pool no hot tub . Check in and out through window in entrance and lobby is locked up. No coffee in room and no cups for even a drink of water . This isn’t at all what we are used to for your brand . THIS HOTEL NEEDS SOME CORPORATE ATTENTION!

I called the morning of check-in to request 1st floor room & was told that would be no problem. After a 6 hour drive, I checked in around 8 PM. I was given a 2nd floor room & mentioned I was supposed to get 1st floor room but told none were available. When I got to the room, there was urine on the rim of the toilet & a (? Used) Placker (dental floss) on the counter. I immediately called the front desk & he apologized, telling me to come back to the front desk for a new room. He said if the 2nd room wasn't acceptable he would refund the stay. The 2nd room also had urine on the rim of toilet, but otherwise clean. The AC never really cooled the room during my 2 night stay. That's probably because they turn it off between guests & the temps were in the 90's during the day. The rooms didn't even have a coffee pot!

Smell was awful
Terrible, the smell of mildew was so bad, fridge, microwave didn't work, roaches in the bathroom, toilet paper holder was literally falling off the wall. Sofa was disgusting and covered in stains and discoloration. Bed was clean. I called the office to ask for a different room amd was told there were none, however the room next to ours was empty and several others were as well.

First of all pool was closed whole time during my stay and this is the number 1 reason I booked the stay, I've seen the reviews but thought the pool was cleaned and ready but wasn't the case, if days inn isn't going to clean the pool it should be removed from items offered, that's false advertising! Second the bed was so uncomfortable like sleeping on a hard rock, ants in bathroom, like room wasn't cleaned at all, hair on towel on sink and stains on towels.... Stayed 2 nights and only because of price, was there to visit grown son for his birthday, no housekeeping, noone asked if I needed cleaning, poor run down place
