Check the cleanliness before you start unpacking
The host was great, very responsive and cooperative in the refund process. The listing was as advertised. The condition of the place was nasty. They had allowed a New Year's party to take place and allegedly had cleaners come in for 8 hours. The house had a bag full of cigarettes out front of the door along with empty Jell-O shots
