The hotel is convenient if you are attending an event in the arena. The room was clean and well-maintained. The view from the room was nice (city view). Too bad the window was small. It would have been better if the hotel offered breakfast because 305Cad for one night is too expensive (that is with a discount already).

Stayed on thanksgiving, had a great time. however, hotel was packed with limited space for my family in the pool or cafeteria area. No other restaurants within walking distance.

I had nasty brown liquid on the walls of my room and bathroom. I showed took pictures and showed the front desk. All they did was apologize I experienced it, didn’t offer to change me to a clean room. Didn’t offer me any alternative. I just wanted a clean room. So I just checked out less then 2 hours after checking in and booked elsewhere

The road going to the property do not have post light. It is feel unsafe driving going to the hotel especially at night but overall the hotel is perfectly beautiful

The room was beautiful, quiet, clean. We only spent one night, but we were finally able to have a good night's sleep after a rough weekend. ... It also happened to be our wedding anniversary, so it was a much appreciated gift. We would definitely recommend Pickering Casino Resort Hotel.

Overall pretty good
overall was decent, but for a "resort" i would expect higher end finishes. Bathroom fixtures were starting to get worn out which is crazy considering the age of the place. Overall it was clean, but there were areas (carpets mainly) that needed a little attention. Pool was small but decent, change rooms were irritating, hot tub, sauna, steam shower all very good. fitness area (i didnt end up using) was more than adequate. Casino was extremely tight, wont be back there. The "resort fee" and "credit card fee" are an issue for work and if I'm honest that may make me go elsewhere in the future. Overall pretty good.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean , my comment maily in SPA accessibility , for 2 days of my stay I have to sign up to use the spa for 2 days, I tried to call front desk , got a message we are busy with other customers and will call you back which didn't happen for more than 45 minutes. I lost 2 days of my 3 days stay to enjoy SPA and relax. My main criteria of selecting a hotel is SPA availability. Will never come back

It was great. Awesome price just a couple 401 exits from my work in Scarborough. Easy in and out, nice new room and even got an upgrade. Will stay here again for sure.
