It was a good stay. My room was spacious and clean. I did notice some malfunctions. The front door was stuck open and the elevator was down. I was on the first floor so it didn’t inconvenience me. My only complaint is the second door in my room located in the bedroom that went outside. I did not like that at all and cold air blew under it. Overall, I survived and got what I paid for.

Very, Very Disappointing Stay

Having stayed at other Country Inn & Suites previously, I was pleased to find a room available after being on the road for nearly 12 hours. However, I was quite disappointed this time. 1) The bathroom sink leaked. By the time I discovered this, I was already in my pajamas and didn’t feel like moving to another room. So I tossed a towel on the puddle and finished getting ready for bed. 2) There was no counter in the bathroom on which to set toiletries, hair brush, etc. Towels were stacked on top of the toilet tank. The edges of the sink were beveled in such a way that anything set there slid into the sink. 3. There was a bracket on the bathroom door apparently for a hook to hang a robe, clothing, wet towels… But no hook. 4. The worst part was turning down the bed to discover the bottom (fitted) sheet was wrinkled as though it had already been slept on and did not appear to be recently washed. I pulled the top sheet up and, after inspecting it for cleanliness, slept on top of it. I know I should have requested a different room but I was worn out from nearly 12 hours on the road.

The pool wa closed and no one told us till after we checked in the room was not clean and the front door was broken. The front desk guy was nice and helped us cancel our stay.

Clean, Spacious Room

Room was spacious, and clean. Front desk workers were kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was warm and delicious. Definitely staying again when we travel to the area.

Nice place. Not quiet.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Parking lot was very well lit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are not sound proofed at all. I heard both neighbors the entire time. While they weren’t loud and partying, I could hear every word of their conversations. All day and night. The door across from my room squeaks and slams every time a worker went in and out of that area. Which was often. If your looking for a quiet stay, this won’t do it. The pic shows how the door had huge gaps.
