Spectacular villa by the sea with stunning views of Costa Quebrada, one of the most charming places in Cantabria. It is a luxury villa with private pool and just a few minutes from some of the most spectacular beaches. A paradisiacal corner where you will enjoy total tranquillity and privacy.

The pool is notheated and is covered all year round, even in summer.

Gorgeous property and surroundings, some maintenance issues.
The views are absolutely spectacular and the property is breathtakingly beautiful from the outside. The property manager was prompt and helpful with our early difficulties of operating the gate - but that is all our fault for not understanding what were clear instructions. Be aware there is no A/C (and none was advertised) which we've come to learn is typical in this location, however, the warm weather required we leave the windows open to enjoy the lovely sea breeze which came with the downside of unbearable mosquitos and flies infiltrating the house making sleeping a bit of a dreaded challenge. There is clear evidence of ongoing insect infiltration, termites perhaps, as there were piles of insect debris here and there inside especially along the windows. Three of the sinks did not drain well and gave off an unpleasant smell. The downstairs bathroom became unusable as a result, but we were told to expect some issues such as these so we simply dealt with it. I would definitely return to Liencres, but would not likely stay at this location because of the issues above as well as the dangerous broken glass protective barriers on the deck, broken boards on the walkway and the extremely overgrown landscaping which prevented access to the wooden steps that lead to the sea.

Ubicación espectacular pero una casa con mantenimiento y limpieza bastante mejorables
Experiencia agridulce. Nos decantamos por esta casa por sus espectaculares vistas y atraídos por las maravillosas fotos de la misma. Una vez allí vimos que el estado de mantenimiento y limpieza general de la casa eran bastante mejorables.
