Was a nice over night stay.
Lovely family room. Very spacious room. Tv didn’t have the capabilities to stream Netflix like Residence Inn, which was a bummer for the kids but they got over it. Shower was nice and loved that they had shampoo/cond/body wash bottles in the shower/sink!

The person who checked us in was nice. The room was clean. The hotel was under construction. Had I known that when I was booking I would’ve picked a different hotel for our girls weekend. No hot tub. Pool was dirty. Breakfast area was not inviting. It looked like part of our rooms had been redone but not all of it. The bathroom fan in my room was LOUD. Tub had questionable pink stuff around the edges. Pictures on the wall were twisted & sticking out weird. It would be nice if they would’ve mentioned the construction so people are aware in case they don’t want to be around that during their stay.

Price gouging af its finest! 3 times the average hotel chain. Construction bits and pieces in carpet. Added fees were added to one stay and a different amount for the next room. Hotel staff treated me like i was a 4 yr old. Reservation was pretended to be lost and i was blind sided by their attempt to find suitable rooms.

False advertising
Hotel is undergoing a full renovation. Roofers were above my room till 645 pm. There is no jetted tub rooms in this hotel. Do not believe the ad no fire alarms in room which is major violation. I did not get the refund I should have for rooms with shower only

The room was great, clean, comfy and quiet. What I'm not happy with is that I chose this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was bone dry and had dirt or dead flies in it so it hadn't been functional for some time. NOT happy that the hotel or Expedia allows the hotel to list amenities they don't have.

Disappointing
They were remodeling the rooms all around ours so it was very loud. Both days we stayed we heard banging, pounding, and loud voices from early morning til 6 pm. There was no usable fitness center, no refrigerator or microwave. I feel we were lucky that we had the complimentary breakfast because that was the only advertised perk available. Very disappointing! We will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.
