Beautiful vacation home with private pool in the heart of the vineyards and on the edge of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Park. From here you have a breathtaking view of the valley and the mountains and are less than an hour from the Mediterranean beaches and 35 km from Béziers.

This pretty house, bright and well equipped, a true oasis of peace and perfect for lovers of nature and tranquility. The property is well secured and has a beautiful garden, excellently planted with native species. Ideal for a family and your pet is also welcome here. The pool, located slightly higher than the villa, offers exceptional views of the countryside.

Here you can put on your walking shoes or hop on your mountain bike and take beautiful hikes along the fragrant trails directly from the accommodation. The village of Priou is located at the end of a small road and has only a few inhabitants, including an excellent winemaker. So you can enjoy a quiet vacation without the inconvenience of the city.

Occitanie is a very pretty region, full of great sights. For example, the listed villages of Olargues, Roquebrun and Minerve, less than 35 km away, are worth a visit. Beaches, mountains, renowned vineyards, museums, caves and magnificent towns along the Canal du Midi can also be found in the region. The heritage is extremely diverse and rich and there is something for everyone. Do not miss the mysterious road of Lauriole, 39 km away, where round objects and liquids roll up the hill and not down.
