We spent 3 nights and found our room to be very clean and comfortable. The breakfast served daily was very good and many choices to choose from. My only recommendation would be perhaps a little stronger coffee. I would also recommend the addition to a grab bar for getting in and out of the shower for the safety of us older folks. Overall, you do an excellent job making us feel at home. Thank you.

Nice hotel, great location near dollywood. The beds were not too comfortable, lumpy and squeaky. They use those half size pillows now that i dont like, they seem like throw pillows. Pools and spas were clean and comfortable.

We love this hotel! Second time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we come to visit Pigeon Forge! We love the pools, free breakfast, comfy and clean rooms and the price is within our budget!

This property is close to all the major attractions. It is nice to have indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Queen size bed is small compared to other hotels. Parking is tight and no spot if you arrive late.

Great value! A bit far from the main part of Pigeon Forge, but right near the intersection to Dollywood Lane. Had some issues with finding a parking spot, but was able to park without worry after speaking with the front desk.
