Although the hotel was fairly new, beautiful and clean, and the staff were very friendly, we unfortunately had a horrible experience with our stay. We checked into our rooms without any issues then headed out to dinner. Upon our return my husband and I were unable to get back into our room where all of our belongings were. Several key cards were tried but to no avail. We sat in the lobby until approximately 10:45 pm while the manager and maintenance man tried to access our room. We were put in another room (without our belongings of course to rest while they continued to try to access the room. We received a call from the front desk at 11:30 stating the maintenance man would return at 7:30 am with tools to get in. The next morning they finally ended up having to cut a whole through the connecting door of our daughters room to access our room so finally at approximately 8:30 am the next day we were able to retrieve our belongings, just in time to check out. We were supposed to be receiving a refund from Travelocity for these room charges but have seen nothing come through as of yet.

I absolutely love!! This hotel, so peaceful, quiet, and Clean! The front desks ladies were so sweet!! Everything new. I will definitely be back again soon in the summer! Out of all hotels i definitely recommend.

The Cambria at Pigeon Forge is wonderful! The furnishings are wonderful, the bed was very comfortable. The room is very spacious and was very clean and pleasant. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The process was very quick and easy! I would definitely recommend the Cambria at Pigeon Forge, TN to everyone!!!
