Great property in a central location, with great views from balcony rooms, large spacious suites, and everything was new and clean. Breakfast buffet was good, and hotel staff extremely friendly. Great value and I would stay again.

I didn't realize we would be staying in a brand new property, but fact is that we were some of the first month's guests, and probably the first people in our room. The hotel is amazing - clean, quiet, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. It was also a great value, and we will stay there again if we go to Pigeon Forge.

Way too many valet parking spots. Need more handicapped spots. Put the valet spots way in the back. I have a handicap tag and had to park far from the front while 20 valet spots were unoccupied. Not happy with that situation.
