Ok for an overnight stay. Clean and bug free (our experience). Walls are paper thin and listened to every car on the road and conversation held outside the room. Great price and being bug free was all I wanted anyways

This little place was a clean and quiet place to stay and was a great price. Convenient location. Staff were nice. May need a little updating with the outside but its a hidden gem.

We have stayed here over the years many, many times. We have traveled with my elderly parents, our son and our Grandchildren and by ourselves. We have never had anything but a positive experience.

Room was a little outdated but very clean. Beds were comfortable and hotel is conveniently on a busy street with lots around. Staff was very friendly. Walls are a bit thin because you hear the neighbors but all in all, a good place to stay!

A good value motel near the national park
The motel is conveniently located just outside of the Great Smoky Mountain NP. It is an older motel and even though the room was clean, it shows it's age. The only drawback is it's proximity to the major parkway that runs through Pigeon Forge. During busy times, the traffic noise can be quite loud and continue well into the evening.

The property is older with a two floor layout—no elevator was observed. However, staff was efficient and accommodating upon arrival. Housekeeping personnel cleaned the room well. No breakfast items were provided. Have stayed at the location a number of times—price is very appealing.
