It was just a place to sleep. Nothing fancy. Was overpriced. Didn’t appreciate the maid standing outside our door at 10:00 waiting for us to check out.

My kids and I LOVED this place. It was clean, big enough for the family, and the pool was a huge hit, especially because it was really warm. Breakfast was a nice spread too. If we come back to Pigeon Forge, will definitely be staying here again.

This property was average for an older hotel but was clean. Indoor pool and free breakfast was nice for kids. Outdoor area near Pigeon River was nice with benches and pavilion. Very convenient location near lots of restaurants and attractions.

My only complaint is there is no trailer parking. So we came with truck and motorcycle trailers. Maybe more clear that they dont mean camping trailers. Thank you for making the exeption since we are here off season midweek.

I had recently asked online for a river view room. When I got to the hotel it was on the inside by the pool, which was extremely loud until around 9:30p every night. The room was okay. The carpet felt wet to our feet. The lock on the door was broken, this is the lever that keeps the door from opening. The curtains would not close completely and the light from the hall and pool area shone in every night. The parking lot spaces for cars to park were too small. I had rented a car and I was leaving one morning and noticed that the car had been scraped on the bumper but there was no dent. The staff were very nice, helpful and professional. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Great place to stay while up in Pigeon Forge doing some wedding planning. It was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I loved the little walking trail behind the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice Room on bottom level
We were close to Pigeon Forge after visiting my new grand baby. We drove up and went in to see if anything was available, it was. We got a bottom floor room, very roomy and very clean. We were really happy about this.

We stayed 3 days and it was good. Clean room and good breakfast but need to change it up some days. The pool and hot tub was good. The creek was relaxing watching the ducks and fishing was good.
